My spouse and I bought a used 2023 Sylvan GO camper trailer through a personal sale. We decided we wanted a couple of upgrades, so went directly to the site to purchase what we wanted (and not small change mind you). We placed the order on June 6th and were told it would ship in approximately 2-3 days from the time of the order. Here we are on June 23rd - 14 days later and not one email indicating the status or any kind of update. We have called and emailed repeatedly for assistance on getting an update. No matter what department we attempt to call it goes it goes to voicemail and after making repeated calls to get a live person to address the issue - wouldn't you know it that the mailbox is full and does not accept any new messages.

Let me be clear the GO camper is incredible and as a product we love it and can't wait to go on our first trip in July. The one star has to do with less than poor customer service. Customer service is a make-or-break kind of a thing and a company's reputation is just crap if they do not have stellar customer support to back up their products. So, Sylvan - if you are reading this. Great product - horrible support and customer service. You all need to seriously evaluate what you are doing wrong.

To potential or existing customers...if you absolutely do not care about when you get your order or if you don't care that you can't get anyone to respond to you on the status of your order, then you are good to go. If however, you do care...be very cautious before placing any order with Sylvan Sport.

Fast service on parts for new to me trailer.

I ordered my trailer last Fall and asked that I pick it up in the Spring. They cooperated with my schedule, set up an appointment to suit my needs and included my late add that I made to my order.

The warranty service was excellent. I showed the issue with pictures and the customer service team was very responsive and resolved the issue within a week.

The Go is an awesome trailer. My mom and I love it. It has allowed mom to get into camping again after tearing her ACL 21 years ago. The extras I hist bought will make the Gozeebo more comfortable for her service dog when we do winter camping in Oregon.

I recently ordered an additional ladder for my Loft. The product was not listed on the website. The SylvanSport staff was very helpful and quick about helping me with everything.

We placed our order in Jan & picked our trailer up in April. Florian and his staff kept us updated on our purchase status regularly. When we picked our trailer up we received a very thorough review of its complete set up and take down along with travel tips.

Questions were answered quickly. Emails usually the next day! Pleased with products and service. Enjoyed putting faces with names at Canoecopia in Madison, Wisconsin.

We are excited to try the double sleeping bag. I gave 4 stars because we haven’t had a chance to try it yet. Also some times it is difficult to get someone to respond to questions in a timely manner.

Great little air pump, easy to use & easy to store. Best part?? It’s made specifically to use with the GO mattress air vents! Thanks!

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite sites for outdoor gear shopping. They have great stuff, and it's easy to find what you're looking for.

Your online ordering system was easy to use. I bought a couple of your sleeping bag systems and they're great!

I would have also purchased a GO which was my first choice, but I need something for four seasons and I couldn't see trying to stay warm during the winter months in a GO. Unfortunately, I had to buy something else as a result. Let me know if you ever come out with a GO that's suitable for 4 seasons. Otherwise, the GO concept is perfect.

They worked with us every step of the way and answered any questions we had. When we came for pickup, we were able to back into their warehouse and stay warm. We were able to set everything up and take it down with guidance.

I am fortunate to live near Brevard. Buying my Go at the source was great!. The sales staff answered all of my questions and walking me through an actual set up and breakdown was an invaluable experience.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I haven’t traveled or camped with my camp stove holder yet! So far, I like the looks, ease of set up and purpose it will serve. Got it rather quickly and for the price it seems sturdy and of good quality.
