Brandon services our alarm every year, and this year as always, it was a pleasure to see him. He is always extremely professional, advises on any future problems that he can foresee, but gives you the choice to replace items, doesn't simply bill you afterwards as with other companies we have used.

I can not fault the service I received for my new alarm system. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked through the night so no disruption to the business and customers.

I contacted SES as I wanted an alarm and CCTV installed. I was happy with the quotes and communication was good throughout the process. They were punctual and both Brandon and Jordan were polite, professional and friendly. The work was completed neatly and without any unsightly trunking inside the property and without any unsightly wiring on the outside. I've had CCTV installed on a previous property and the playback facility is complicated and tricky to use but the product SES installed is simple and straight forward. I would definitely use SES again and would highly recommend.

SES Systems have carried out annual service on our alarm system and replaced the bell box. Fantastic service, neat, polite and reliable. Have replaced our analogue CCTV for a digital system. They certainly are our go to company for or security.

I needed to shift a movement sensor in my house to allow office furniture to be installed without boxing it in, so a simple call to the most local alarm contractor found SES systems and an excellent response. I have only moved in here 8 weeks ago so know little about this area, but Brandons response was all positive, appointment set up and job completed within two days exactly as arranged.
Thankfully from our discussions about the house history prompted him to suggest he checks the back-up battery, a very good call as it was split wide open with age and corrosion and leaking contents into the control panel.....now also sorted.
Also from our chat whilst working, I discovered that he is the installer of my son in laws new alarm system and he is completely satisfied with the upgrade from his old system
So, in summary, from my extensive contract management experience pre retirement with alarm companies I completely endorse the use of SES, I remain impressed with his service delivery, ethics and chargeing structure...for me a trusted contractor
