Service is quite professional
The design team created the multi-layer crystal chandelier I was dreaming of. I'm pleased with it! It would have been even better with white glove service, but still, I'm very happy.

quick after-sales fix
After about 8 weeks, the light bulb socket started acting up. But their team was on it - they sent replacement parts the very next day and even gave me instructions on how to fix it. Great service!

I was looking for a large multi-tiered light and the team was great - they even asked for my living room layout to make sure the design would fit my decor. It's bigger than we thought it would be, but it looks fantastic in our space. My husband and I love it!

satisfactory shopping experience.
I ordered a 48-inch chandelier and it got here in three weeks, which was pretty quick. A crystal broke when the electrician was installing it, but their customer service was super helpful and sent a replacement part at no charge. That put my mind at ease.
