Ordered a celle chair from here, first delivery got lost by dhl so they promptly sent a new chair with dpd and that came straight away! Great customer service and chair is amazing

Bought a replacement seat pan assembly for my Herman miller aeron. Symon had the best price I could find for the part, and shipped promptly. Happy days.

My Herman-Miller chair seat broke suddenly, on a Friday evening, I ordered a replacement and it arrived on Tuesday promptly, well packaged and new seat base was great quality and fitted exactly. The buying experience was excellent (via Shop) and updated on shipment and delivery. Overall good product and service from Symon.

The refurbished chair was very high quality and felt like a brand new chair. I would highly recommend and will always be using going forward for my chairs.

I ordered a Refurbished Herman Miller Aeron Chair, Overall I am very happy though I do have a couple of gripes firstly the delivery it took around 12 days from my order date slightly longer than the advertised 4 - 10 days, Secondly the chair didnt work when I first set it up leading me to think it was broken, a quick email to Symon and his prompt reply gave me the solution and after a quick adjustment of the mechanism , nothing more than loosening a Hex screw, all was well, the chair is in great condition, very comfortable and I will be purchasing from them again, Highly recommended.

Purchased carpet tiles, these were rated as Grade A and they certainly were, they looked like brand new, great quality and shipped quickly, great service.
Would recommend Symon to anyone.

The Aeron seat was packaged well and dispatched promptly.. when DHL failed to deliver the overnight parcel after 3 days, they stepped in and tried to help... DHLs issues are not their fault.. easy to fit and now I can sit comfortably again, complete with new lumbar support.

Bought a Steelcase Leap V2 and very happy with it! Looks and feels brand new. Thus, a very attractive price to be buying a chair (that would be ~£1200 new) that's been professionally refurbed with a warranty thrown in too. Thanks very much :)

I bought a Refurbished Steelcase Leap chair which arrived within the stated time. The chair was fine in general, however the seat pad was lumpy due to the way it had been re-covered - uneven fabric tension creating lumps and bumps. I emailed the company, receiving no response. Only when I prodded them, after about a week, did they respond. They offered to send a replacement seat pad, which I agreed to fit myself. I was happy with this solution, but this is where the experience turned sour. The owner suddenly implied that I was going to steal the old seat pad by not returning it and insisted that I return it, at my own cost, prior to him sending out the replacement. This would of course leave me without a useable chair. I was not happy with this and asked them to send the replacement out first, after which they were free to arrange for the faulty pad to be collected. I then received several aggressive and accusing emails, including a very bizarre statement saying he had done me a favour by sending me a chair - I replied asking if so had done him a favour by sending him £430!! I stood my ground and eventually they agreed to abide by their legal responsibilities and send a replacement. This was received and whilst still showing lumps from the way it had been recovered, it was much better than the first. I accepted it and asked for them to arrange for collection of the faulty pad. Of course after accusing me of intending to steal it, they still haven't collected it 2 weeks later!

I bought a Steelcase Amia. The chair is excellent and the seller answers queries promptly.
DHL took the full 10 working days to collect and deliver the chair, so as long as you’re prepared for that, it becomes less of an issue.
Recommended and would buy again.

Chair is good quality, although I would have liked to have seen one or two of the screws that look slightly rusted to have been replaced as part of the refurb process.

Lost one star on the abysmal DHL delivery service. Symon has mentioned they are looking at alternatives.

The chair itself is great, ordering was easy and the chair was despatched promptly enough. My only concern is dhl, they were dreadful. Having said that, Symon were helpful and friendly and did their best to help. I would definitely order from here again, but temper my expectations regarding dhl.
I would like to add that the chair has been refurbed beautifully, it looks like new and I couldn’t be happier.

Purchased a Herman Miller Aeron for £510 which arrived with a broken lumbar support. When I emailed Symon, they completely ignored me, definitely got scammed.

I purchased a refurbed office chair - I wasnt sure when it was arriving so I emailed and they replied immediately with the day they were planning on delivering. It came when they said it would and is in great condition. Very happy.

Purchased a refurbished office chair. Chair arrived damaged, apparently mishandled by DHL. Symon had no quibble replacing and personally came to deliver a replacement and collect the damaged one. Very happy with the replacement. Seems good as new.

Can't fault these guys. The carpet tiles are absolutely brilliant quality for a fraction of the cost of new ones.

Following the untimely demise of my previous chair, I placed an order for a very reasonably priced and high spec used Walter Knoll Generation on the 28th of July. It arrived on my doorstep fully assembled on the 31st. You really can't beat that level of service, especially for the price. Two weeks on, the chair is perfect and hasn't given me any issues.
