Having a lot of trouble getting a refund. The band does not fit my head- move the buds around and they slide all over the place as you try to sleep. Very uncomfortable sleeping due to movement and a headband doesn’t feel good. Poor sound reception as a result. Getting the run around on a refund - too busy, attending to customer orders etc. DO NOT BUY FTOM THEM - not delivering ON REFUND.

Not noise canceling (I've learned to look for ANC). When they say "noise canceling" they mean "when you play music." Also, the ear pieces are not where my ears are and can't be adjusted. To get a refund I'd have to pay shipping, which would cost as much as the product itself. Lesson learned.

Very low quality product, is not noise cancelling whatsoever and is uncomfortable to wear. They claim it’s great for side sleepers but the headphone speakers dig into your ear. All over lies. And the speakers don’t even stay in place so you spend 90% of the time trying to adjust them. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

I had high hopes for these but they were a huge disappointment. I like to listen to meditative music to help me sleep and thought these would be better than the single earbud that use and have to switch into the other ear whenever I turn over. First, I wanted to wash the band before use but there was no way to take the electronics out. I charged the band and hoped they were charged as there is no indicator to tell. I'm a side sleeper. Maybe they'd work better if I could sleep on my back but the little speakers in the band dug into my ears. My ears were so sore halfway through the night I had to remove the band. The pain kept me up for the rest of the night. Don't waste your time or money on these.

I ordered a band then read the reviews and wished that I hadn't. It said I could cancel if I contacted within 3 hours which I did. To be honest I didn't hold out much hope of a refund, especially when I got an email saying it had been despatched. However, when I emailed again I was assured that the refund was coming and that was just an automatic email. I was still a bit worried my refund wouldn't arrive but it has. Despite the poor reviews I cannot fault the customer service which is excellent.

Took almost 3 weeks to arrive. When the product arrived it was underwhelming. Uncomfortable. I can't even imagine sleeping in it It would hurt my ears and the forehead piece left a mark after wearing it for 5 minutes I don't have a big head It wasn't tight it's very uncomfortable. It says to wash it to take the piece out from the forehead. you can't get it out It doesn't come out without ripping it. This product is terrible and if I could give it zero stars I would. I'm in the process of requesting a refund So we'll see how customer service is. Don't waste your money.

Horrible customer service. Product arrived far later than expected for the holidays and in damaged, cheap packaging. Now they want me to pay to ship them to Australia for a return which will cost more than the bands. Complete scam. Do not purchase from this company!

Headband is too big for small heads, and the volume level and quality is terrible. Would not recommend.

I must say their customer service is 5 stars, they helped me very fast and without any fuss. I would recommend this company

Charger broke a little over a month in. Company refused to replace after 30 days post delivery. Do not recommend

I can't get it to connect to my phone .I've tried everything. It's flashing red and blue so it is in pairing mode but not showing up on my phone as an option. No good..waste of money not working and sooo thin

I purchased the Black and Grey Headphones with the expectation that they’d last, but they broke within a year. I followed every troubleshooting step the company suggested (different adapters, charging cords, checking for indicator lights) – all to no avail. When I reached out, I was told I was out of the six-month warranty window, so they refused a replacement, offering only a small discount.

I feel let down by both the product’s quality and the customer service I received. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing if you expect any long-term reliability.

Low quality, thin, not noise cancelling. Over priced, worth 10 quid at very most, not as comfortable as promised or described.
