I couldn't speak more highly of another company than as I can Synaptex. I have been a customer of theirs for what seems to be at least 5 years now, and have yet to have had even the slightest of a bad experience. I have tried others before and since and always return. Whether I tried elsewhere due because prices, inventory, product availability or anything in between, all roads lead back to them.

The quality is unrivaled, the consistentcy is always the same and the prices are more than fair and about the same or better than most besides a promotion elsewhere or something of that nature. And I truly believe they must have some ownership in USPS and FedEx. They ship free, they ship quick as promised and your items get they when they are supposed to get there. If you know, you know!

I don't normally write a lot of reviews. But I wanted to make sure that other people that are thinking of using this company as opposed to some of the others that offer similar products see my experience. I first of all, want to say that the quality of the product is great. I purchased tieneptine sodium. If you're in the market for this product, whether it be sodium or sulfate etc, you probably already know that a lot of companies can be kind of hard to deal with-you have to jump through hoops to pay them. The customer service can be lacking if it's there at all. And i've even heard stories of people just not getting their product. When I ordered initially, unfortunately, fedex really dropped the ball. Not only did they mess up on my two day shipping but my package was lost or stolen because I couldn't be home when they finally did deliver it. Customer service at synaptex not only kept in contact with me and were very quick about this, they ended up overnighting me a new package ( fedex messed that up too ha ha) I was very impressed with the fact that they were willing to do that. They have also provided me with a couple of discount codes that help pay back for the cost of shipping.And that is also very much appreciated. They are s professional company, their website is easy to navigate and they don't play games. So all of that in addition to the quality of the product means that I will definitely continue purchasing my products from Synaptex. The closest competitor I can think of tianeptine source, even though they are slightly cheaper, doesn't come close to the level of customer service. There were a few times I even felt a bit rushed or like they were annoyed with me plus unlike with tieneptine source,I don't have to jump through the hoops of using venmao and sending it at a certain time and writing notes and all of that stuff. With synaptex I can just use a regular debit card, which is great.

Easy to order, fast service, great product offerings! I'm a long time customer and will remain so. 👍🏻 👍🏻

Great customer service
Response with email communication is nothing to complain about but I can't help but wonder after over a year doing business with them, that Trump is causing a slight decline in the quality of one of their flagship products, so no fault on their part. Prompt shipping, easy payment and I still must say that they are my go to guys for my research, along with another I use for backup Trump needs to stop his tariff nonsense because it's backfiring and hurting not helping very much of anything. But thank you very much people!

The product is terrible/bad purity. I have went through many many vendors for tian sodium. The quality of theirs is by far the worse of any i have gone through. Anyone reading this that knows, stay away from these guys. It will not be what you are trying to get.

Being the first review I've ever made here I gotta say the service is outstanding along with high quality products. Shipping is fast enough for me.
For anyone who needs a bit of advice,
take 350-500mg of acetaminophen 20 minutes prior to any analysis to assist in achieving appropriate results. Always helps with any headaches which may interfere otherwise.

I've been with them for about 5 months now. And hands down the best product, shipping and customer service. The only thing I have to say was I was disappointed with the latest supply issue but they kept open communication and so glad things are back! I was never once concerned of potential scams and they have the absolute best customer service in the market. No contest. All my business with them have been very positive.
