We were recommended Syncro from another CrossFit affiliated box and we loved their work!

We had great support in opening our box from scratch and used their experience to support our initial marketing journey.

We collaborated with local content creators and had great instruction in what they were after for our social posts.

Communication was easy on a wattsapp group where we could amend posts or change if required. Nothing was too much work and the team were really receptive to us.

We've been really please with our time working with Syncro Marketing. In particular Hope has been fantastic.

I have no hesitation in recommending Syncro to other gym owners that are looking to build their brand and improve their business.

In particular, their team worked all elements from the initial engagement with our business all the way through to sign up. They also helped us with retention and how we continue to engage with our membership base.

I started working with Syncro before I’d even opened the gym. They helped with getting everything set up and in place ready for launch day.

My website, Instagram and all ads ready to go, taking all the admin off my plate so I could focus on getting the gym ready for opening day.

Since opening, we have gone from strength to strength increasing membership from 0-150 in 10 months.

I had the pleasure of working with Syncro Marketing for our Murph Marathon fitness charity fundraiser, and I can confidently say that they played an integral role in the success of the event. Laura was absolutely incredible—her dedication to ensuring the event was properly promoted demonstrated how much they care. This was vital in increasing our exposure and directly contributed to us raising over £30,000.00.

The page they created for us was super professional, and the content was structured, consistent, and engaging, with incredible design input that really elevated our visibility. The turnaround for content was incredibly fast, and they ensured our followers stayed up to date with all the many moving parts of the event.

One of the most impressive results was the success of the brand-new page they launched for us. They managed to get 6,000+ likes and over 100,000 views on certain reels, which had an immediate and significant impact on securing donations. Nothing but great things to say about Syncro and Laura and Hope! I opened a new CrossFit gym and they helped with all my marketing needs, coming up with ideas I wouldn’t have thought about or known how to do.

Communication has been easy, quick and personable. We have a WhatsApp group and can jump on zoom when needed. I didn’t feel like I was one of 100s of clients like you might get at a big agency.

Results have been great, I’m ahead of target for memberships, we get a good amount of leads and more importantly they are good quality leads. I’ve seen lots of ads which are misleading/lying and are basically there as click bait and to create loads of leads which aren’t necessarily good quality. This isn’t the case with Syncro, I’ve been extremely happy with the ads, they reflect what our gym stands for and leads don’t come in expecting something different to what we offer.

The full range of things they’ve helped me with includes (but isn’t limited to) creating a launch plan, creating website pre/post launch, email campaigns for registering interest, flyers, window designs, integrating with my booking system, paid social media ads and organic social media activity.

Opening a new gym is no easy task. A month into being open and I don't know what I would have done without Hope and Laura. They were a key part of the launch team independently liaising with admin, brand and web designers leaving me to worry about squat racks and rent! They are easy to communicate with and responsive to requests. Only issue is I might not be able to manage without them!

Great experience working with Hope and Laura. Made a huge impact on my social media which resulted in a big intake of new members at the end of 2023. Always there to help if I needed a hand with any social media posts or FB ads. Highly recommend 👌🏻

We initially sterted with a Zoom call to discuss how my business was doing and how I needed it to grow.

They walked me through their service to allow me to decide if I thought it would be the right fit for me.

Once I was signed up the girls came out to visit me and also meet some of our gym members. They took some videos, photos and held some member interviews that we could use on our social platforms.

They continue to work on our socials, our website, our SEO and advertising.

I have worked with marketing companies before, many many times, I have worked with the big companies too, Yellow Pages, Google and Facebook. Honestly none of them care or deliver results like Syncro do.

Syncro/Laura were a key part in the opening of our gym. The start of the journey can be so overwhelming and Laura put me at ease with every step of the process. I wouldn’t have been able to open the doors with members signed up or a website functioning without Laura so I am extremely grateful for this! Laura was always on hand no matter what time as she understood the time pressures we had so made sure she was there whenever we were in need, she really went above and beyond to help us in a challenging time! I couldn’t recommend Synchro enough and I’m really looking forward to having them on board going forward!

Syncro Marketing take care of everything. Website, adds leaflets if you want them and thier knowledge of how FB works is invaluable. Ad content is great too and I’m really pleased I went with them.

The team are really great. Easy to contact and work with. They did the 'behind the scenes' work on paid ads etc for us and did a x100 better job than we would have! They made a few bits and pieces for us to use in marketing such as Instagram stories and posts and they always looked so amazing and professional. Would definitely recommend especially if you want your branding to look top notch.

Before starting with syncro I was a bit hesitant as I thought I could post ads etc myself, but after a phone call and chatting I came to realise there was so much more to it.
Over the last couple of months every idea that I’ve had about working towards my goals we set they’d already started to have a plan in place, they really was in sync.
The pressure it’s taken off me as a business owner is incredible and allowed me time to focus on my members.
