Synergy Dental Clinics レビュー 

I booked a consultation with Synergy Dental Care in Bolton and paid a deposit\. The practice cancelled my appointment on **7 July 2026**\.

I contacted them around **16 July** to request my deposit back and was told they would start the refund process\. After chasing the refund, I was subsequently told that they had not actually started processing it until **31 July**\.

I was initially told that the refund would take **28 days**\. When I chased again after 28 days had passed, I was then told it would take **28 working days** instead\.

That period has now also passed, and I still have not received my deposit\.

I emailed again yesterday asking for an update and have received no response\.

I understand that refunds can take time to process, but I find it very disappointing that the appointment was cancelled by the practice, I requested my money back promptly, and I am still waiting months later\.

**I would advise anyone paying a deposit to be aware of my experience and to make sure they understand the practice’s refund process before booking\.**

I am still waiting for my money to be returned and for Synergy Dental Care to provide a satisfactory explanation for the delay.

Failed implants n as well as failed root canals - avoid this dentist at all cost as I have been scammed - always cancelling appointments , never on time ! Always reshuffling appointments even after confirming appointment! Management is very appalling - I myself gave good reviews to this dentist Tahts when they start messing with your teeth ! Avoid at all costs

I had an initial consultation today, wow what an absolutely amazing service l had today. The dentist was very, very informative, a great dental plan organized and explained to me along with other options well done team great work

They send reminder messages a few days before appointment which is great as i am forgetful.The appointment time is at a time i chose . The dentist and staff are polite .

Excellent service, only downside is the cost which is the same in every dentist.

Great service very happy with the outcome put me at ease all the way through it got a great team all round

•hygiene/cleanliness top notch

From initial consultation to the final polish of my porcelain crowns was amazing... A fabulous team that really listens to your concerns and puts all options available to you.. love my new crowns they look so good

Had my first appointment last week at synergy farnworth with bilal and so far im really happy with the plan and treatment weve discussed . Also the receptionist Paige has been so friendly and helpful sorting things for me . Im excited to see the final outcome after my next few appointments . X
