Cance order
I didn't understand what i was ordering and wanted to cancel my order. I thought the price shown was for both not just one item and when my order was completed it showed price doubled. I misunderstood the ad. I wanted to cancel my order and they said it was was already processed. It wasn't even five minutes after order was placed. I'm elderly and can't afford what they are taking from my account. I know you're fast but darn. Said you ca cancel the won't let you.

Sharp practice?
Customers' payment is taken before they are shown a final total. There is no chance to check, or change, the order before the payment goes through. If additional items have been added to the order. Synoshi doesn't give a running total so it can be a nasty surprise to find out what has been taken out of one's account. Is this legal?
