I just finished my coaching journey with Tarek, I wish it would have never ended! Tarek has a rare listening skills, his advice and easy-to-implement tools allow you to take the necessary step back to navigate the matrix of complex organizations without burning your wings. I completed a brief coaching journey with Tarek and found it incredibly helpful. Although we only had a few sessions, Tarek successfully shared practical concepts that I could apply immediately. This has given me greater self-awareness and, consequently, made my approach with my team and peers more effective.

Coaching with Tarek through Ezra was excellent: clear frameworks combined with practical exercises I applied straight away. His grounded, empathetic style inspires confidence and builds trust, making session very effective. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of participating in a one-on-one leadership coaching program with Tarek. It was an extremely enriching experience, both professionally and personally.

I really enjoyed Vanessa’s presentation yesterday. Her storytelling was amazing, it drew me in and made it so easy to visualise myself in the situations she described. The concept she shared was clear and relatable, and I could immediately see how to apply it to my own work. Vanessa has such a natural, engaging speaking style.

Most valuable part of the process was gaining the ability to reflect on my leadership style and adapt it to meet the unique needs of each individual on my team. One of the biggest breakthroughs for me was learning to differentiate agreement from alignment.

We also explored the 4C model of leadership, and two pillars that really resonated with me were Clarity and Consistency.

Tarek, I’ve very grateful for the insights, challenges, and growth. Learning to lead with more clarity, confidence, and purpose has been wonderful.

Mon entreprise m a permise d avoir 3 mois de coaching ( c est trop court) où j ai pu choisir mon coach Tarek.
Je l ai choisi par rapport à son parcours pro.
Sincèrement même si ce fut trop court , ces séances ont été très bénéfiques autant sur le plan pro que le sur le plan perso.
Tarek est très à l écoute qui te pousse dans tes retranchements pour que tu te poses les bonnes questions.
Entre sa bienveillance et le fait de ne porter aucun jugement, d être neutre permet de créer un lien de confiance.
Bref, un coach au top, encore merci pour tout.

I was fortunate to have had 3 months of professional coaching w. Dr. Tarek. Though it was a short period, it definitely was enough to spotlight some of the areas that I could develop in my day-to-day actions in a professional setting. Tarek is very good at asking the right questions to dig deeper and to get to the root cause of the matter. Would highly recommend for sure - and thanks Tarek!

I had the opportunity to complete the 360 assessment with Synthosys, and it was truly a game-changer for my career. It allowed me to evaluate my leadership and management skills, providing valuable insights into my leadership style—particularly in areas like teaching and delegating tasks within my team. More importantly, it made me realize that while I often doubted myself and my abilities, my team and colleagues recognized the value of my contributions.

I had the chance to be coached by Tarek, for 6 months.
I'd never imagined how benific it would be. I learnt a lot on leadership, mindset, management, as well as on professional point of view than on personal.
Each session, is a time of reflection. Tarek's questions lead to the solution. Between sessions, applying the reflections you had, you realize that Tarek advices are a really game changer.
