I ordered glasses for one price then was charged almost double. Never received glasses or a refund even though they kept saying it was sent. BIG sCAM

Fraud fraud

I ordered some eyeglasses from" syrup and pine" which was supposed to be only $9.99 but charge my debit card $14.86 which they sent me thanks for my purchase on receipt but on my debit card account transaction detail they charge my debit card $14.86 from "Essence and honey kaysville UT US", SO a few minutes ago I wanted to track my order online so they asked for me to $38.99 to track my order which they have already withdraw from my debit card account
I have the receipt for both of on my Gmail account from syrup and pine showing the $9.99 was paid but my debit card account statements on my debit card account online showing $14.86 was paid to Essence and honey on March 1,2026 @ 8:46pm PLEASE HELP ME

Die Öffnungszeiten sind echt nicht gut , weil auf Google steht das der Shop geschlossen ist und auf der Türe von dem Shop das er geöffnet ist. Ich find das echt bisschen verwirrend und echt nicht gut überlegt was das betrifft.

These thieves took $34.95 off of me and never gave me my product. I will not quit until they are not allowed to sell in our country anymore.

Don't waste your money. I ordered the intelligent glasses. They are blue tinted +1 reading glasses and do not do what they are advertised. I paid for expedited shipping which was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days. It stated shipping was coming from Illinois. 2 weeks later tracking still said in transit. Turns out Illinois is where it comes into port from China. I have had several emails with their customer service. First one said it was a courier issue. I decided to wait and see. It took 16 days to receive my glasses. Again, I emailed to request a refund. I was told they would give me 20% refund. When I complained they offered a no questions asked money back guarantee the offer went up to 50%. I again wrote and said I wanted a full refund. That was several days ago and I haven't heard back nor seen any refund.

I ordered 2 pairs of auto focus glasses + 1 free with expedite shipping and haven't received them yet

Ordered dual focus glasses took almost a month to get and then they were just 2.50 + reading glasses that you can get in any store. Very disappointed with them and their customer service is not all that great. Aleeta Adamcik

I ordered the auto focusing glasses in November 2025 and it is now Jan 2026 and still not received them. No emailed confirmation. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!

I would have rated them -1 star. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses for $19.98 on December 2nd. I never received them, and today I received a charge to my bank account for $24.98. I have contacted my bank to dispute both charges. These people operate under Honey and Pine and Willow something. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR I FORMATION!

Der Adventskalender ist der reinste Betrug. Es wird nach Größen bei Schuhen und Klamotten gefragt und dann kommt der Inhalt des Kalenders in Mini-Größe. Da kann keiner etwas mit anfangen. Absolute Frechheit!!!!! Größtenteils Produkte zum Reinigen von Schuhen, darunter viele Einmaltücher. Totaler Müll. Für unseren Sohn war es der letzte Kalender.

Never again I cant see clear in them they blurrier than being without glasses

I ordered the auto focusing glasses in July and it is now December and still not received them. I have emailed multiple times and keep getting told to check tracking they are on the way. Tracking says same thing....Processing since July. Now I just discovered they have been charging my card I ordered the glasses with 29.99 a month since. I don't regularly check my statements (my bad, but will from now on) because they didn't seem too off. Now I am trying to find a way to get these charges to stop without canceling my card.

I ordered a pair of glasses and received 3 weeks later. I tried them on and couldn't see anything. These glasses are 250 reading glasses. Vision blurred and nobody in my house hold could see out of them. The glasses from dollar store are much better. The company have me 15.00 back and they cost 30.00. 50% was given back. They advertised full refund. That didn't happen. This was misleading and false advertising. Do not trust these people and their dollar store glasses. Therefore I ended up paying 15.00 for some dollar glasses. Very disappointed.

Der Adventkalender 2025 wurde von mir im September online bezahlt und dieser wurde bis jetzt nicht ausgeliefert (heute ist der 2.12.). Der Store antwortet nicht auf meine Email-Anfrage diesbezüglich.

I ordered glasses never received them. And find out later they were a scam. They keep trying to money out of my account. Because of their fraud the card was deactivated. But they are too stupid to figure that out. Do not business with them .

I tried to order the auto focus eye glasses, but was told my payment didn't go through and I never received a confirmation email. Then I discover I was charged - 2 separate charges, one for $30, on for $35. After a few emails back and forth, I discover they signed me up for some membership I never wanted. They did actually refund that one. Over another dozen emails, I discover they charged me for something they never even attempted to ship. A couple weeks ago they finally said the refund had been processed and I should see it in a few days. If I don't, reach back out. Still haven't gotten the refund, and they've ignored my last 2 emails. I fully believe that this is 100% a scam.

I ordered glasses from this company and this company and have not received any emails and they will not respond to my emails. Another Utah company just took monies and may be related so please be careful.
