Incorrect plug received
Morning.
I ordered a 2 1/2 inch plug.
Received 3 inch.
Unable to call, telephone does not exist, e-mailed but no reply.
Awaiting.
I spoke to Marcus who explained situation of male and female sizes..I then received a correct plug for free.
Excellent company, recommended.

We resolved the issue. You ordered the incorrect fitting. We sent you the correct fitting. Even when you realised you you ordered the wrong one, we sent you the 'correct' one for Free.
Fantastic service
Fantastic service and parts did the job to a tee. Leaks are now sorted. Item was delivered as described and very prompt service.

Quick, efficient service and great support.
The order process was easy and delivered quickly. But one of the fittings was not the correct size (my fault). Contacted support via whatsapp and with a shared photo, the right connector was identified and sent. Excellent service. Recommended.

Wrong item sent ordered 3/4 inch and although labelled 3/4 inch received 1 inch which does not fit a3/4 inch pipe

Really great service, low prices, and very helpful and nice. It’s a family-run business, but with really good stocks of all the MDPE parts I needed for my GSHP installation.

What a fantastic experience I had today! I went to buy a pipe and fittings, but not too sure on the exact bits I needed. The guy in the shop was so helpful,listened to what I needed and what my problem was … help resolve the issue and told me exactly what I needed to buy.
I am going again and would definitely recommend 👍🏿
