Haven’t received my order yet, but did get charged a foreign transaction fee, despite the website showing my fee on AUD. My bank tells me that it is up to the seller to state that they use an overseas bank.
When emailing T1tan I received a very rude, unprofessional reply.
They’ve lost my custom,

The worst customer support experience of my lifetime. Despite back-and-forth e-mails with the situation clearly communicated, support failed to grasp the logistics of the situation itself or offer any solution. Had to win a payment dispute to resolve this incompetence. Avoid.

We purchased T1TAN gloves for $119 specifically because of the personalization feature, as these were meant to be a special gift.
One glove was personalized correctly. The other glove was not. This confirms the personalization was submitted properly and the error occurred during production.
Customer service refunded the personalization fee but refused to send a corrected pair because the gloves had already been used in games.
Additionally, after only four games in four days on natural grass, the palms are already showing noticeable abrasion. I understand goalkeeper gloves experience wear, but at this price point, durability should reflect premium quality.
For a brand marketed as high-end and professional, both the quality control and resolution were disappointing.

These gloves did not ware out they fell apart within about 10 uses. This was 2 games and 8 training sessions. The latex ripped at the finger connection to the glove. Typically with all my other gloves the ware out with the latex getting thin on the plans and finger tips. I understand that keepers gloves are not going to be around for the whole season typically, but I usually get half a season out of gloves which is 3 training seasons and 1 game per week. These gloves destroyed them selves in only a number of uses.

Definitely do not waste your money, they don't grip that well that I would pay $17 per use.

The first pair of gloves I received was excellent, and I was very happy with them. However, the second pair I ordered was never delivered. My credit card was charged, but I did not receive the gloves or any shipping information. I have contacted support three times, and I am still waiting for assistance. VERY POOR. A SCAM.

Letterlijk na 1 keer gebruiken al een gat in de handschoen. Wat een troep.

Inferior product! Chunks missing after first use! Customer service tried to tell me that is normal! Absolutely not! In all the years my son has been a keeper, he has never had gloves deteriorate to this degree after one use! Avoid at all costs!!

If I could leave a zero review I would. I don't usually leave reviews but this one was something I wasn't going to let go. My son wore these gloves 4x and the fingers already wore out . We followed the proper care. Got alll the cleaning products recommended and they fell apart. What did Titan offer me. $10. What a joke. Don't buy these it's a scam.

Am 21. November bestellte mein Sohn zu seinem 17. Geburtstag personalisierte Handschuhe.
Aufgrund eines Fehlers bei der automatischen Vervollständigung war die eingegebene Adresse falsch (89077 Ulm statt 89231 Neu-Ulm). Als wir dies bemerkten, kontaktierten wir DHL über deren Tracking-Portal mit dem Vermerk „NICHT ZUSTELLEN – FALSCHE ADRESSE”.
Trotzdem hat DHL das Paket wahrscheinlich vor einem geschlossenen und leeren Bürogebäude (Schillerstraße 22, Ulm) abgestellt, in dem niemand wohnt oder arbeitet. T1tan zögert seit einem Monat und behauptet, aufgrund des Adressfehlers „nicht verantwortlich” zu sein. Nach EU-Recht ist der Verkäufer bis zur physischen Lieferung der Ware verantwortlich. Ein Paket in einem verlassenen Gebäude zu hinterlassen, ist KEINE Lieferung.
Wir können die Produkte nicht bewerten, empfehlen jedoch dringend, diesen Shop zu meiden, wenn Sie professionellen Support erwarten.
Bevor es zu spät ist, leiten wir ein Rückbuchungsverfahren bei unserer Bank ein.

Hallo. Was geht um torwarthandschuhe sind wir von Qualität zufrieden,100 Prozent nicht,aber torwarthandschuhe halten 2-3monate(wäre blöd wenn nicht bei Preise)
Nun was mich wirklich sehr sehr stört ist Kundenservice und das wegen nur 3 sterne. Egal ob per WhatsApp oder per Email oder tel.sind nie schnell erreichbar, bspw. Ich habe Freitag um 15:17uhr per WhatsApp und Email torwarthandschuhe reklamiert und erst jetzt hatte sich jemand bei WhatsApp gemeldet. Find ich unverschämt, das die Freitag nachmittag und ganze Samstag keine antworten kann. Das war letztes mal das wir hier bestellen, bei Konkurrenz sind wir besser aufgehoben und Qualität ist wie hier und noch sind preiswerte.

Eerste 2 paar waren top handschoenen goede kwaliteit en geen gekke prijs, recent de rebel 2 Blackout aangeschaft en man wat zijn dit waardeloze handschoenen.

In vochtige omstandigheden (ochtend dauw) is de grip compleet weg, na contact te hebben gezocht over de grip. Kreeg ik te horen dat ik maar andere handschoenen had moeten kopen.

Tot slot van rekening gingen de handschoenen ook nog stuk na de eerste wedstrijd, krijg je een nieuw paar toegezonden zonder overleg. Ik had liever mijn geld terug gezien.

18 november 2025 handschoenen besteld, om te geven als kerstcadeau. Tot op heden (18 dec) niks ontvangen. Track en trace erg slecht te bekijken maar uiteindelijk erachter gekomen dat het ergens op een depot heeft gelegen voor lange tijd (Duitsland of nederland) en het nu is terug gestuurd naar afzender. (?) Klantenservice reageert nergens op. Hopelijk wel snel mijn geld terug, anders is het een duur kerstcadeau wat er niet is. NIET BESTELLEN HIER

Despite requesting a return and refund, acknowledged by customer support, the customer support agent claimed to send out a product exchange, which hasn't arrived in two weeks. They then sent a return label for a product I do not have and have already sent back.

Avoid this company; if you have an issue, you will have an awful time. The things you actually write to them will be ignored.

Zeer slechte klantenservice. Pakket is al langere tijd kwijt, word totaal niet meegewerkt door het bedrijf. Geen idee of de klantenservice een robot is of echt gewoon zo slecht maar ik zou hier zeker niet bestellen.

I’ve been buying my two children these gloves for a couple of years. I managed to order the wrong ones so returned them. It’s been weeks since I returned and I can’t get a response re a refund.
