We started as TA1 Computer Shop, a wholesale Mac refurbishment operation supplying other retailers and resellers for over 15 years. We know every model inside and out — because we've been the ones preparing them behind the scenes. Today, we sell directly to customers through our own online store at ta1macstore.co.uk, as well as through Back Market (where we've sold over 4,000 units), Amazon Renewed, and eBay. Every Mac we sell passes Apple Diagnostics and our own TA1 Advanced 36-Point Check before it reaches you. We inspect the display, keyboard, trackpad, battery health, speakers, ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, chassis condition, and more. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't get listed. All devices ship fully updated with the latest macOS and come with a complimentary 12-month return-to-base warranty and a 14-day no-questions returns policy. Excellent service from start to finish.

Over the past few months, I have purchased both an iMac and, more recently, an Apple Studio 27" 5K Display from Denis at TA1 Renewed Ltd.

From the outset, Denis provided excellent customer service — always responding promptly to questions, offering honest advice, and making the whole purchasing process straightforward and stress-free. Communication throughout was clear, professional, and friendly, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

Delivery to my location was quick and exactly as promised. Both items were extremely well packaged and arrived in immaculate condition.

It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely values customer satisfaction and takes pride in the service they provide. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Denis and TA1 Renewed Ltd to anyone considering a purchase.

Great Quality & Reliable Service

I recently purchased another MacBook from this business and, just like my previous experience with them, the device was in excellent condition with no issues at all.

They clearly take a lot of care in repairing and testing their electronics before selling them, which makes them a very trustworthy and reliable business to buy from. The quality of the products and the overall service have always been outstanding.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality used electronics at a great value.

(Really) Excellent Service

Excellent service, product and communication. I needed a specific iMac (Intel 2020) with an old operating system (Big Sur) and not only did Denis install it for me, he added extra storage and sent it by DHL next day. All at no charge.

Very impressive service. Highly recommended.
