I had an initial meeting with Tommy Tran and Hassan Khan. The meeting was very informative about the services the company could provide, the costs involved and how completion of a Will and estate planning would progress. I was very pleased with the amount of information that was provided during the initial meeting, and the detail that they were able to go into. Having never been through this process, I was very pleased with the clarity they were able to provide.

I spoke with Tommy Tran and Hasan Khan regarding my Power of Attorney and Will and foun them both to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and would certainly recommend them to friends.

Nicholas Alvarez was very accommodating and generous with his time despite me missing our scheduled appointment. In our discussions Nicholas was very clear and had helpful supporting data. I in no way felt pressured and had the confidence and assurance that what Nicholas set out would meet my expectations.

William Knight has been incredibly patient during dialogue we've had over the last 2-3 years. We've made no commitment and aren't even sure if we will be working with TABIFA and knowing this he has offered feedback and constructive suggestions at each turn.

Tried phoning the number on their website just rings nobody is answering and not able to leave a voicemail. High charges and not service whatsoever. High turn over of consultants.

I have had experience of independent financial advisor and Thornton Baines......I have to say that independent advisors do try to scam you....I even made a complaint......even though I was really reluctant after my experience with independent advisors.
Thankfully William Knight at Thonrton Baines provided great service and advise. He was also friendly and knowledgable, and offered services by asking me the right questions about my life and provided scenarios of situations to help me understand.

I needed a new Will done urgently and I was pleased with the fast turnaround by the legal department (William Knight). He was professional and was understood my requirements. I would highly recommend him.

I recently had a financial review with Raghav my Financial Adviser at Thornton & Baines. Raghav has a deep understanding of financial planning. He reviewed my entire financial situation, not just isolated aspects. I valued his professionalism and expertise. From start to finish my experience was positive and I highly recommend the services of Thornton & Baines.

After years of having Nationwide handle my investments, I had often been unhappy with their approach and results so I changed to Thornton and Baines about two years ago. Their investment strategy has produced significantly better results.

There were a number of problems moving my funds from Nationwide/Aegon and my personal advisor, Mr Raghav Sharma, has done a sterling job handling this and relieaving me of the problem.

Useful review and checked my attitude to risk and plans. Freddie Fordham is very easy to talk to, listens to what I have to say and explains things very clearly

Needed to withdraw funds to pay for Dad's care home, his advisor Raghav Sharma was very helpful, polite and professional. We had some hold-ups with the investment firm, nothing to do with T&B, but Raghav went the extra mile chasing them up and making sure the funds came through in time.

Our experience of the 6 monthly update zoom meetings always gives us clear and concise answers to our questions.
These meetings make us feel relaxed and that the service provided is very personal to us.
