Am așteptat 1 ora și 20 minute după comanda si acum am primit amenda că am stat peste o oră in parcare dar este vina lor e un băiat slab și înalt la toco bell scunthorpe din vina lui am stat peste o oră că nu a făcut comanda nu recomand nimănui acolo

Visited Cornwall services. Ordered two quesadillas meals and churros . My husband paid so not sure how it came to £36 as receipts unreadable. The quesadillas were soggy and inedible so threw them away after 1 bite. The fries and churros were decent in the wording of my son but the quesadillas minging. I only tried to latter and I have to agree.

How can you forget to put the lid on my 7up today all though you asked if I had a straw I said yes

Only to find no lid after eating my meal today in the car park

So I driven back through asked were is the lid the mixed raced girl apologised fine

But how do you forget the lid is my question as this has never happened to me in my whole life time on this earth nearly spilt on my jacket realising

No problem not sure il be going again but then again il check everthing before I leave next time as I do love the food and actually the service is great just packing the order without a lid was the problem

Visited Taco Bell Peterborough Queensgate on 2nd April.
Food was average at best and took longer than expected. The nachos were completely over-seasoned and borderline inedible.
But the real issue was the toilets. For a global brand, they were absolutely shocking, strong smell, flies everywhere, and clearly not being maintained. Staff must be aware of this, which makes it even worse.
Completely put me off eating there.
Won’t be returning.

always the slowest “fast food” chain in the world. been to many uk sites all the same slow and the food is ALWAYS lukewarm at best. Bedford branch is awful. Nando’s could serve you faster

Visited the new Bury St Edmund’s branch. While the wait wasn’t long and the food was ok, despite not being very hot, the tray it was served on was disgusting. Covered in crumbs. I could see that the pile of trays being used were all dirty and the staff member was just shaking the crumbs off before reusing. Pretty horrible. I have a photo.

Also the persons inside the store work blame to me maybe blame to other to steal some things inside the store like drinks but I did not steal anything but she blame to me in front of many people so she did not sorry also the manager came and he also blamed me are you okay I think you are not well but why they speak very rudy language I am the human and I just pick the delivery

Taco Bell at Bury St Edmunds dinning area was an absolute mess. Was not busy, asked for the manager and complained. Not at all bothered and told me to have a good day! Joker...

Great !!! We enjoyed it !!! Great foods !!! We went there every once or twice per week depends we had time.

What a joke I ordered a crunch wrap supreme meal and a volcano burrito meal and there is no meat in either I didn't think I had to check for the filling I paid for won't be back

I am writing to raise a complaint about a very poor experience and unnecessary distress at one of your restaurants.

I arrived at the store at approximately 10:40pm. The restaurant advertises a closing time of 11:00pm (including on the store signage and online). However, when I attempted to place an order I was told by the “manager” of store that they were “closed” and that they could only serve chicken tenders or chips. I explained that the store was still within its advertised opening hours, and after some discussion the staff member spoke to a manager and my order was eventually taken.

The manager of the store, actually informed me that the store closing time is 10.45pm and that the signage on the outside of door/online is wrong and hasn’t been changed yet. The shop was open, lights were on and the door was not locked, a customer even enter the store as my order was eventually being taken after nearly 15 minutes of being in the store.

Unfortunately the food I received was extremely poorly prepared. The Volcano Burrito was covered in excessive spicy sauce, including sauce poured over the outside of the wrap. There was also very little actual filling inside. The food was completely inedible and after taking a single bite my mouth was burning and I experienced severe heartburn. Even as I’m writing this nearly 2 hours later, my mouth is still burning and I still have heartburn which is disgraceful.

It is also concerning that this is not a normal amount of sauce on a volcano burrito. I have attended many Taco Bell branches and never had this experience, I am concerned because this is how a manager has behaved and prepared a customers food after they have initially refused services to and after being told to by someone on the phone that he has done this in retaliation which is disgraceful behaviour.

While the food was being prepared I also overheard staff mentioning “spicy,” which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable given the earlier disagreement about being served. One of the gentlemen put gloves on and handled the bin and then I’m confident he was preparing the food with the same gloves which is unacceptable.

Visited Taco Bell at Ashton thinking we could grab a quick bite before the movie... be warned you will wait over 25 mins for a mediocre meal. Pathetic looking and tasteless burritos that look nothing like the pictures. I paid for extra meat on mine but got the exact same amount as my friend. I would complain to the staff but they wouldn't care. We missed the start of our movie. Don't waste your time and money here, never again.

They claimed my food was delivered 5 minutes ago because they couldn’t be bothered to actually ring or even look for my flat. So it’s gone to someone else. Not pleased. At all. This needs sorting. Genuinely how hard is it to pick up a phone and call so someone can go grab the food from the courier? Plain incompetence. No excuse for it.

My most favourite place is now tacobell Huddersfield. Very friendly staff .nice clean restaurant and food always 10/10 😋

Do NOT waste your money on this. I ordered the soft Taco with chicken for approx £8 or so (2nd time purchasing). And on both occasions the chicken inside could barely fit on a table spoon, you might as well have ordered a lettuce wrap. A real p...take. NEVER again.
