HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - They don't answer the phone and they don't respond to chat. Nor emails. I was left on hold for 45 minutes before they would reply in chat. They said "I will look into it" Last I heard from them. I ask if they were still there and got no reply. This seems to be common with them. Last time I will shop here. I thought this was a solid company.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I think other customers should be aware of my experience, especially before making a larger purchase from TacomaBeast.

I placed an order on June 29 for an Expedition truck cap, Prinsu roof rack, and MOLLE panels for inside the truck cap. Their website states to allow up to five weeks for delivery. I didn’t notice that when I originally ordered, but once I saw it, I wasn’t concerned because I wasn’t in a rush.

The problem was what happened after those five weeks passed.

I had received no shipping notification, tracking information, order update, or email from TacomaBeast, so I reached out myself. I was told my order would be shipping that week.

Shortly afterward, the Prinsu roof rack simply showed up at my door. I had never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number for it. I still had no information regarding the truck cap or MOLLE panels.

I reached out again and was then informed that the truck cap was now backordered and would not ship until the end of September.

At that point, I canceled the remaining order and requested a full refund for those items. I then received an email stating that I had received only a partial refund. After looking into it, I discovered that part of the order had not actually been canceled. I had to contact them again and request that the entire remaining order be canceled and refunded. About a week later, I finally received the full refund.

My biggest frustration wasn’t even the backorder itself. Backorders happen. It was the lack of communication throughout the entire process.

Every meaningful update came because I contacted TacomaBeast first. I received no proactive notice that my order was delayed, no tracking information for the product that did ship, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get the remainder of the order canceled and refunded correctly.

What made the experience even more disappointing was what happened afterward. I ordered the same items from Tacoma Lifestyle and received everything within four days, along with normal shipping confirmations and tracking information. The difference in communication and fulfillment was significant.

I was originally drawn to TacomaBeast because I really enjoy their social media and YouTube content, and I wanted to support their business. Unfortunately, based on my experience as a customer, I would be very hesitant to make another large purchase from them.

For smaller items I might feel differently, but for an expensive order where communication and fulfillment matter, I personally would not take the chance again.

I hope TacomaBeast improves its order communication and customer service because they have a strong brand and great content. But prospective customers should know what my experience was before deciding where to spend their money.

Ordered fender flares for my truck. Never received tracking or shipment updates.

Attempted to contact the merchant via phone and chat, but was met with a bot instead. Two weeks have gone by and nothing. Had to resolve the issue through my bank.

TacomaBeast is a scammer with fake reviews. Stay away!

This was the 2nd time I've tried to do business with this company. Should have learned from the previous experience. I was fixing to make a purchase and sent in a request for a price match (which they advertise that they do) and got a response the next morning saying that they would honor it. So I responded back that, ok, I would make the purchase. About an hour or so later they said they could process online with me. I got on their chat ( opens from 11-3 M-F EST) I spent pretty much all day trying to chat with someone...the original person Gregorio would never respond back. I had to GOOGLE for their support phone number to try and call them. Got a answering machine saying that they would call me back ASAP. Yeah right!. I finally sent a last text stating that if they didnt want to business with me, just let me know...no problem. Still no response. I finally gave up and got what I wanted at a cheaper price (MUCH CHEAPER!!!) from another online retailer and will have it in 2 days. In a way Tacoma Beast did me a favor. Their lack of customer service and inability to handle their own customer just drove me to a better deal. So thank you Tacoma Beast.. lesson learned.
