Paid for an order, filled out billing and shipping (selecting option same address), received invoice with all details showing. Next day I received email stating that I didn't input shipping address with photo showing empty fields, replied by giving the shipping address on email, received another email with same photo to provide address. i showed them that I had inputted addresses and asked what was wrong. They just cancelled the order and banned me from reordering!!

I ordered 26 different items, and they were all as described and in perfect condition.
The website is very helpful in how to use the different materials, and it even has suggestions on what to pair.
The order arrived in 2 days even though I ordered past midday.
I would recommend Tacticaltrim any day.

The products are excellent in quality terms, fastly shipped (France) and well wraped. One of them arrived damaged (due to the shipment services, not the retailler).
The support service was really reactive and handled the situation for the best possible way. I will totally come back for new orders in the futur.
