A Taggas team of three plumber-engineers and an electrician recently installed a complete heating system in my house, a traditional stone-built cottage built about 1910, in a Highlands village. This comprised 10 heaters, a boiler and an air source heat pump.
Right from the initial surveys, I was very impressed by the friendliness of the team. The surveyors took great care to explain what was involved and the electrician and plumbers consulted me about siting of the equipment wherever necessary; they also apologised profusely for how noisy it was. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and took away all the rubbish.
Unhesitatingly recommended

We would highly recommend Taggas to install your heat pump. A first class service from beginning to end. The fitters Tony and Darren were highly professional, nothing was too much trouble. The Taggas staff are an amazing team, pleasant, supportive and knowledgeable.

My installation went smoothly. I think coordination between all the subcontractors could be better. However all the professionals who came to my home were friendly and helpful.

I recently had a full gas central heating system installed by Taggas, along with wall insulation, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service from start to finish. From the initial enquiry to the final sign-off, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with a real attention to detail.

The plumber who carried out the installation was excellent—on time each day, polite, and incredibly tidy throughout the job. It’s clear that quality workmanship and customer care are high priorities for Taggas. The whole process was well-organised, efficient, and completely hassle-free.

The new system is working , and the added insulation has already made a noticeable difference to the warmth and comfort of my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taggas to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality heating and insulation work.

The lads turned up at 07:30 each day and were still grafting away 12 hours later.
It’s great to see people with such a work ethic.
Our property is quite large and I feel the only comment on the (slightly) negative side is that the job timescale was underestimated. Instead of three days I believe it would have been better to have been five days.
Nevertheless, an excellent installation carried out by the whole team.

An absolutely brilliant installation of heat pump and solar panels. Right from the start I was given good, solid advice (I knew nothing before) and felt confident to proceed with the team's recommendations. Jamie was efficient and approachable throughout, and the installers were above and beyond in terms of efficiency, tidiness, professionalism and patience (explaining everything to me!). I cannot recommend Taggas too highly. This is one very happy customer.

Taggas made the installation of the heatpump installation seamless from start to finish.Kelly from customer service checked in regularly to ensure all was running smooth and being completed on time. The installers conducted their work to a very high professional standard,and were polite and courteous throughout.I would thoroughly reccommend Taggas to anyone who is thinking about changing over to a heat pump system, they certainly provide an excellent service.Complete professional service from start to finish with additional back up and advice if required from Kelly at customer service.

Tue installation was carried out very professionally and in the scheduled time. The rooms were left clean.

I was kept up to date all the time by the staff at HO who were very friendly and gave me really important information on what to expect when my system was installed. The installation team were terrific and worked very hard and got the system working within 2 days. We are the Cave family, and are really happy with our new air source heat pump.

I am amazed with the team at taggas and how effective and efficient they worked as a team !

Work was started on Monday and by Wednesday it was completed amazing hard working team who even took the time to interact with my 16 month old and explain the whole process with me can’t fault the boys hard working!!!

Had a heat pump installed from Taggas the guys installed it all in two days they worked extremely hard and were very thorough always very pleasant and professional there work ethic was brilliant from the first contact with the company the quote, the survey and everything through to the installation was excellent

During the three days that the installation took place Rob & Fraser worked like Trojans, they did an excellent job ensuring that our inconvenience was kept to a minimum. The only thing I was disappointed with was that a radiator was fitted in the bath room instead of what we had specifically asked for a towel rail, this was quickly remedied. At no time were we left without water, although cold was the only option for 24 hours. They replaced everything before leaving. Grant, the electrician came on the third day to do the electrics & commissioning, making sure that we fully understood how the system worked & what to do should an emergency occur.

Good service, friendly staff who have done a great job. They even allowed us to change the design at 3pm the day before the installation!!
