Do NOT buy from this company

Do NOT buy from this company. They ship broken frames that they try to repair by stapling them together. When you try to contact them about the issue they demand pictures in natural, but close out the file without giving you the chance to get the pictures take and sent. SCAMMERS.

Poor customer service

My print (size 24x 48) arrived SEVERELY damaged. I understand that can be the carrier's fault and not the seller. My complaint is with the seller because of how hard they made it for me to request a replacement. I contacted them on 4/9 to report the damaged delivery. They responded 4/10 and requested that I send 4 very specific photos. I did so the same day. No response. I emailed again 4/14. No response. I emailed again 4/15 and attached the photos a second time. I received a response 4/16, this time asking me to fill out a form and send a 5th, different photo. I responded same day with what was requested. It has been a week, I had to send 5 emails and 5 photos, and fill out a form, and I still do not know if I will get a replacement. Very, very poor customer service.

My picture came quickly

My picture came quickly, packed nicely with no damage and looks beautiful on my wall. Only complaint is I wish I would gave gotten the bigger size. It is beautiful.

Arrived exactly as advertised in perfect condition

My artwork arrived super fast and was exactly as I expected. It was also well packed. Despite it being a large piece, it arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely look here again if I have need for a future art piece.

I was very skeptical at first ...

I was very skeptical when I saw the canvas I got from a Facebook Ad from Tailored Canvases, but when it came in, it was amazing and exactly what I was hoping it was. They fulfilled my order faster than I expected, and it looks awesome over my fireplace.

Only suggestion to help would showing all the actual sizes on the your website in the different spaces so customers have a better sense of how to order. Pictures corresponding to size of canvas picked.
