So I had the trial box in April 2026.when I got my trial box my puppy didn't like it.so I canceled the subscription.then today 7/07/2026 £36.00 was taken out of my account.soni have opened a case.with my account.i didn't even receive a email to say about any deliveries.so I will be returning it and I expect a full refund

Awful & confrontational! Won a ‘free trial’ beginning of the week. The lady made it quite clear they only needed my card details for delivery. Checked today, £43 was due to be taken in another 2 weeks. Couldn’t easily find where to cancel. Called the same number and was met with the rudest woman who before barely greeting me snapped it was sales not customer service. She was so rude and confrontational on the phone I hung up as it made me feel really shaken up. This company has the worst business model, unwillingly signing people up to scam. The nutritional value of the food is not even great. Never ever again will I deal with this company!

Agreed to a free trial pack , the next week money taken from my bank and another bag of food which i didn’t agree to !! Sent 2 emails, WhatsApp and a messenger with now reply

Customer service lets this company down takes days to answer no use if you have a problem I was due my ship,ent on the 1 sr Oct 10 days later I am still waiting and no answer from the company

I signed up for Tails.com after receiving an offer leaflet through the door.
I have two senior dogs and was impressed with everything that was delivered and the destructions.
My dogs have never been shy about loving their food but the difference in their attitude to Tails.com food is noticeable.
Not only that but we have noticed a hugely marked difference in behaviour of Tobes (14 - Schnauzer Poodle X). He had an oral cancer growth removed last October & we noticed him becoming more apathetic/old mannish and "depressed" for want of a better word.
Since starting on Tails he is considerably brighter/alert with a waggy tail and bright eyes. He's also regained a little of his mischievousness! The difference in him is HUGE!
Mabel's (chihuahua - 11) chloroform-esque farts have practically disappeared.
I would definitely recommend the food based on what I see in our two so far.

Food aside, not enough food has been sent to cover them until the next delivery (we have followed the instructions religiously). When I realised we wouldn't have enough I followed the online instructions for earlier delivery but was unable to arrange one as the only dates that came up were the original dates or something later. I emailed Tails.com but have not yet had a reply. There is a part of me wondering if this is a way to get people to spend more money to ensure they don't run out - that may be just the cynic in me!!!

A lot of the reviews I read before signing up stated customer service response is a huge issue however - given someone at Tails.com always immediately responded to Social Media complaints with a seemingly plausible answer, I took a "see for myself" approach.

Unfortunately I have to agree with a lot of reviews, customer service is poor. Whilst their social media response is immediate, actual customer service is poor.

If social media can be regularly monitored and quickly responded to then so too can genuine queries from paying customers.

The website is not the best; I think it's one of those "when you suss it out, you'll be fine". Page loading is very slow.

So, in a nutshell..... Food brilliant but not enough delivered, customer service and website needs some serious attention.

Tails.com have contacted me and the issue with regard to delivery has now been explained and resolved.
Communication was clear, open, friendly and very respectful/polite.
There is no getting away from the fact issues do arise however what matters is how they are handled; I am pleased to say that after a bit of an "iffy" start from when I first realised there was an issue, Becky at Tails.com managed the situation excellently and I am extremely happy with the outcome - as are my four-leggeds!!!

TAILS.COM HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE,TAKES AGES TO GET ANY RESPONSE FROM EMAILS, THEIR WEBSITE IS DIFFICULT TO NEGOTIATE.
COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND COMPANY IS EXTREMELY POOR.

No way to cancel trial. Phone help has been removed by Tails - and the online account method simply hangs /freezes and won’t work.
Emails are answered by bots!
Tails then took £74 from my account. I’m still waiting after a week for a reply from a human as to why I couldn’t cancel in good time and STILL can’t cancel.
Iv contacted the ombudsman and my bank to alert them to malpractice.
I’ve also sent Tails screen recordings from Chrome, Firefox and IOS browsers that demonstrate the failings of their website.

Appalling behaviour from Tails. Answer me and refund my money.
I’m a single father with limited expenditures- 2 weeks before christmas.

Tried emailing Tails on 2 occasions never received a reply. They have also removed their telephone lines for customer services which are now appalling

Despite emailing tail.com 3 times, no reply. No telephone number for contact on website.

Joined following the offer on Martin Lewis’ website giving 90% off our first order.
The amount of food we got for £19 was extraordinary, but sadly my dogs reacted badly to it. One started vomiting several days ago, thankfully she recovered pretty quickly. My other dog has been much more unwell. She can’t even keep water down. I’ve had a video consultation with a vet who suggested giving her anti-sickness meds if she’s no better tomorrow morning. We’re syringing water into her mouth every couple of hours to make sure she doesn’t get dehydrated.
That special offer isn’t looking anywhere near as exciting right now.

I have a very fussy dog he would only eat human food beef and chicken from mands which is not good for him I have tried all different types of dog food not luck and would not eat kibble I have tried 6 different ones no luck. Then my daughter told me about Tails dog food, it arrived today wet and dry food mixed put it down bless him he at every bit even the kibble problem solved and far less expensive.Very Very Pleased.
