Got my hair transplant done at Tajmeel clinic in September 2025 and now it's been six months, really pleased with the process and really happy with my hair growth.
The whole process was made really simple and well explained and was handled really professionally all throughout the process.
I would highly recommend this clinic to people looking to get their hair done.

Following my third visit to Tajmeel Clinic today, I now have absolute confidence to leave a deserved 5 star review.
I have found Dr Khalil and his team to be an absolute pleasure to deal with. Dr Khalil and his team are extremely professional, their clinic is spotless and a very pleasant place to receive treatments. In my case, hair transplant to the crown.
The results from my treatments have exceeded expectations and the whole process has been made as easy as possible for me.
Prior to treatment I received very honest information and advice about expectations, quite the opposite to a hard sell.
Dr Khalil has personally carried out every aspect of my treatment from start to finish, and is always available on the phone for aftercare advice and support as required.
Engage with Tajmeel Clinic with absolute confidence, they are truly excellent at what they do, and provide a truly excellent patient experience. I say this as a healthcare professional myself.

Would give less stars if I could. My poor husbands surgery hasn't gone well and even the consultant agrees its not a good result, now he wants more money to make things right. I think we only have one option now and this will be a very costly and heartbreaking mistake to use this consultant . Please be careful if you do. I would like to add . * added to answer clinic * My husband is a genuine patient and had a procedure with you 2nd Sept 2024. He has tried to resolve this with you but you have ignored his feeling and the very obvious lack of outcome from the surgery.

Five stars! Got my eyebrow transplant done at Tajmeel in Bournemouth by Dr. Khalil, and I couldn’t be happier. My brows look totally natural now – full and perfectly shaped. Dr. Khalil was awesome from start to finish: he took time to explain everything at the consultation, including how long recovery would take, and even checked in afterward to see how I was healing. Seriously knows his stuff and really cares. If you’re thinking about a brow transplant, go see him!

My husband had a hair transplant back last October, he looks so different, he has got his confidence back, the procedure last about 8 hours, he had 3300 hairs folicules from the back and put on top, he is going back to finish off the crown area to make the transplant complete, highly recommended great team that you can trust.

It has taken me some time to write a review as I wanted to see the full results, but just over a year later, I couldn't be happier with the hair transplant.

The initial months after the procedure were a little anxious as the process takes some time (with some of the new hair falling out, which is normal) & I had to return some months after the initial operation to top up a particular area which hadn't taken, but my hairline is now better than it has ever been (including in my teens).

Dr Khalil was always very helpful and on hand to answer any questions, but most impressive for me was that I could tell he was guiding me to make sure the procedure was right for me both for now and in the future.

He made sure to tell me how he was only taking hair from suitable donor regions and let me know the importance of not over harvesting the donor region, he also gave advice on how other medications can help and where we could potentially do further future work if it were ever needed.

To be honest, the procedure was more intensive than I had expected & you need to make sure to look after the area in the weeks after the operation, but overall it was well worth the effort.

In terms of affordability, Dr Khalil offers a very great price for a professional service, it may have been slightly cheaper to travel abroad, but to have him on hand in the UK I felt was well worth the money he charges and the results speak for themselves.

Dr Khalil and his team are highly skilled and professional. They treated me so well and I'm seeing fantastic results following my procedure. Dr Khalil is a very experienced and knowledgeable surgeon and I can't recommend him enough. If you are considering hair surgery, you can put your trust in Tajmeel clinic. I'm very glad I did!

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Khalil and his clinic. He is straightforward and professional from start to finish, explaining both the process and managing your expectation. As a female; hairloss is very emotional and affects your confidence. I was very happy to have both Dr Khalil and his wife there for emotional support. I am aware that there are many clinics offering cheap and cheerful prices, but I do believe that you get what you pay for and you are getting the Dr himself who is carrying out the procedure. I have since been in multiple times for check-ups with Dr Khalil and have found the entire procedure professional and pleasant.
No need to look anywhere else, this is the place to go if you want to be treated with respect and have a procedure done by a true professional.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for my recent hair transplant experience with Dr Khalil at the Tajmeel clinic in Bournemouth. After years of putting it off and embracing the ‘shaven head look’, I finally decided to take the plunge and undergo a hair transplant procedure and what better way to do it than to carry out the process right where I live!
From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr Khalil made me feel comfortable and assured me that I was in good hands. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all of my questions, which instantly put my mind at ease.
The transplant itself went smoother than expected and was a very interesting process from start to finish! The extraction and implantation were both carried out on the same day by Dr Khalil with a slight break in between each phase. Dr Khalil uses a relatively new transplanting device when implanting the new hairs that have many needles in a set-up that resembles cartridges in a revolver, this is so that his assistants can pre-load the hair grafts into the device ready for the Doctor to use. Not only does this save time but allows each person to fully focus on their role in the process.
For my treatment, I decided to resolve the issue with the receding fringe and temples which the Doctor explained would need around 2000 grafts. Dr Khalil explained that he charges for the treatment area and the creation of a look that will make the customer happy (While being mindful of managing and maintaining the amount taken from the donor area allowing for further treatments if needed later down the line i.e. crown).
In the first week post-procedure, I had only experienced a little discomfort and had minimal swelling compared to what I had seen from others online. Week two and three I was finally scab-free and began to see a healthy hairline which instantly boosted my confidence!
I am now one month post-procedure and am in the “shock loss” stage of the process, meaning that around 60-70% of the transplanted hairs have fallen out (which is to be expected following a hair transplant). Further to this, my donor area looks like it had never been extracted from meaning there are no visible gaps between the regrown hairs.
I have just received the included plasma injections by Dr Khalil to help promote hair restoration and growth and have been reassured that another few months down the line, my hair will begin to grow thick and healthy as per the intended look.
Now, I am aware that there are some fantastic transplant doctors in Turkey and I will not scrutinise people who choose to have their hair transplant done over there but having the level of professionalism and aftercare available in the UK with a qualified and experienced doctor gives me more confidence to the point where I would sing his praise. If anyone in the UK is thinking about getting a hair transplant, I would recommend Dr Khalil at the Tajmeel clinic in Bournemouth!

I had my hair transplant with Dr Khalil in April 2023, I was originally going to go to Turkey, but I am so glad I didn't, yes it would of been slightly cheaper, but not a massive amount and I was keen to have the aftercare on my doorstep here in Bournemouth, any questions I had or problems, not that there has been any anyway, but it is nice to know he is only a 10 minute drive away from me.
It is also good to keep up with the PRP injections, plasma injections, I recommend having these a couple of times a year to keep the follicles strong and healthy and it prolongs the healthy hair that is there. I cannot recommend Dr Khalil enough, lovely man, his wife is also very friendly and chatty during the procedure.

Easy to communicate with and flexible on appointments.
Results have been amazing but you have to be patient.
I was disappointed after the first six months, by the time 10 months had gone by I was more than happy.

I saw Dr Khalil for a consultation about a hair transplant and he explained the process of what would happen on the day and also the recovery time after the surgery, he was happy to answer all questions I had and was always at had via email/message whatever time of the day if I had any queries. I am 6 months+ surgery and happy with results so far. I will continue to use Dr Khalil for PRP in the future . I highly recommend seeing Dr Khalil and his team if you have any interest in his services.
