Dear Nichola,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that 50% of the mangoes were overripe when they arrived.
We normally dispatch our mangoes slightly underripe so they can continue to develop their colour and flavour after being received. In addition, every package is packed with ice cool packs to help slow the ripening process during transit.
We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue to improve our service and quality. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, any additional bank charges or currency conversion fees are determined by your bank or card provider and are outside of our control. If you have incurred any extra charges, we recommend contacting your bank directly, as they will be best placed to explain or resolve them.

Regarding your cancellation request, we had fulfilled your order and had it sent out to you by the time for cancellation received. We always aim to respond to customer enquiries as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the mangoes. Please note, we never send out overripe mangoes as they would spoil during delivery. Before dispatch, all mangoes are carefully selected fresh and slightly backward green so they can ripen naturally after reaching our customers.
