I have had 4 trackers for 2 years. They've never all worked correctly. Now, since November 2025, my trackers all are not working, and the site says they need renewed althoiugh PEEQ is taking money from my account montly for the fees. I have emailed over a dozen times with no response. When I call the customer servcie number, and press either 1 for sales or 2 for support, the phone hangs up. I have called over 100 times the past 2 months. I can get no response.

I bought a few POMs for my business to see where my vehicles are in real time and they work great. I started using them in some shipments and was actually able to see and know right away a box got opened mid route with the light sensor feature. Easy to set up and easy to use.

We use many of these for our business. Great tracking capability, playback, battery life and reliability. We also use a lot of these to protect our inventory with the geo-fence and other features. Very happy. Definitely gives us peace of mind.

I received 2 trackers from this company to try out. I was really impressed with the accuracy and the battery life on these units. I also really enjoy the top shelf customer service from the people I have come into contact with. My company will be ordering more of these units to help keep track of our assets.

I have company is tai hou trding llc I use PEEQ gps traker for white . it is great . I can find product in ware house anywhere . any movement I get email right way. also can I use in save box . I can set up one area . if traker go out the area i get alert right way . it good for warehouse use
