Having read previous reviews I was concerned about delivery and customer service so I contacted the company by email. I was assured that if the clubs were in stock (as shown on the website) they would be with me within a week. True to their word they delivered (to Austria) 5 days later and the clubs are as expected. Great clubs at a good price with a competent sales team

Terrible. Service is so poor I’m starting to think it may be a big ponzi. All the focus in 2026 appears to be on signing subpar YouTube ‘creators’ to boost sales they never fulfil. How can they still be taking orders when customers like me haven’t received clubs we ordered months ago?

My friend first brought Takomo to my attention a year or so ago when he got a set of 201 forged irons
He took a lot of stick from all his friends up our golf club “why have you sold your Titlest irons for some cheap Tackymos “we called them are you mad
Me being a single figure handicapper and a Mizuno lover for over 30 years was looking to purchase some new irons to replace my MP25 over 10 years old ,I was looking at the new Mizuno pro 13 irons when my friend said have a look at Takomo so I went on there website had a look through and like the thought of a combo set so 301 to be precise bit of help with the longer clubs more blade like with the shorter irons ,so went through the fitting process on Takomo site and KBS tour stiff shafts and my personal setting and thought sod it it’s a third of the price of the clubs I was going to get let’s give them a try
Well 6 weeks later my clubs arrived with a complementary hat a towel (nice touch Takomo)
And went out and played nine holes ( British weather ) and WOW so pleased with the sound the feel,looks everything not a bad thing to say about these 301 combi irons buttery feeling off the face
All the other major manufacturers better watch out these irons are just as good if not better.
So so happy with them and money in the bank as they are half the price of the set I was going to purchase

I ordered a set of irons on 1-30-2026. The order was a custom order graphite shafts mid sized grips. The website noted custom orders "shipped" in 5-6 weeks. At week seven I started checking my order status. What I got was an auto generated response saying '"order should be completed soon" Estimated completion: within a week. It has now been 9 full weeks. I have tried customer service which is a chat bot, sending two e-mails begging for an update. Crickets. Had I known prior to ordering that the clubs would take 8 weeks and counting with zero communication I never would have placed the order. Buyer beware, there is no way to contact them other than the chatbot which apparently they ignore by not responding. The money they are spending on blanket marketing, influencers, social media, and YouTube videos would be better spent taking care of their customers. Frustrated and ignored!

I got my things on time and overall a really good product for the price.

I liked the clubs.
Went from Taylormade P790 and saved 800$
All my friends who tested the clubs were also positive.
After 6 months of use the paint on the numbers on the clubs has started to peel off.
Not a big problem but wanted to get some feedback from Takomo. They put the responsibility on me for the way I treated the clubs.... I think I treat my golf bag like everyone else..
They could have said "sorry, we'll get better" and sent me a $30 gift card and everything would have been ok. But no, they were not at fault.
Now my feeling is that Takomo is Temu.
Not a good feeling on Tee 1.
Like the clubs but unfortunately Takomo is tricked into quick profit over long life.

My driver shaft snapped and they sent me a brand new shaft instantaneously, very pleased.

Placed my order on the 5th of Feb at 4:30 in the evening and received my 201 mk2 irons on the 17th. Only eight working days and Takomo website had stated 5-10 days. A lot of reviews complained about delivery times but I found the delivery to be no bother and I'm living in the west of Ireland. They look really nice and the Lamkin grips are perfect. They were packed well with soft foam holding irons safely in place and they even threw in a free hat and towel. Hopefully get to try them over the next few days so I can't comment on performance yet.

Great irons, don't know about the driver. Bought a 10.5 driver, but head will not mount on shaft at 10.5. Will mount at +2 degrees. Contacted customer service, TERRIBLE SERVICE, they don't seem to care, told me I must not know how to mount the head. Showed them pictures of the problem, no response. Unfortunately I like the irons.

Ordered on Jan13 and the........ nothing...very unreliable company.I have asked for a refund but met with radio silence..AVOID

really poor fitting guide.... tried to direct me into the scratch to low hanicapper irons even though i play off 12. Horrible shaft guide and the ones I have ended up with are way to flexible. 7 iron came damaged to had to wait for a return. Takomo DO NOT post most of their bad reviews on their website, I completed a review a month ago and its still not showing, so all people see are how amazing they are. Shame, as the clubs are quite nice looking, but the 101T's for me are no where near as forgiving as my 10 year old Cobras so its basically a step down from them, even though they are 10 years newer.

I will NEVER purchase a single product from Takomo again! I purchased a "custom" (shorter shaft length) set of clubs for my son well over two months ago. Not only have I not received them and the fulfillment window as long passed, there's also no phone number to actually call and talk to customer service - they only have an email address. The one person it seems they have reviewing and responding to emails, tells me there is no estimate on when the clubs will even be shipped AND since it's a "custom" set, they're refusing to refund my money. Don't be fooled by the lower cost - you're doing business with what seems to be little more than a cheap manufacturing company. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to get a quality set of clubs where you can actually talk to someone to get any potential issues resolved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Takomo!!

Takomo 201 irons. Just buy them!
I am a 63 year old mid handicap golfer (10.9) and after a 10 year layoff decided 18 months ago to get the clubs back out and get back into it. My trusty old Mizuno MP57 irons though were not as forgiving as I remembered and thought i should treat myself to something new. Having read lots of reviews and seen a couple of younger players using the Takomo 101 irons I decided to bite the bullet. I purchased them on Sunday and the they were delivered the following Monday by courier. These irons have given me renewed confidence in my game after only 6 rounds. My MP57 irons were forged but the forged Takomo 201 irons are even better. A very soft feel and at least 10 yards longer per club. I bought them as box standard regular fit. These clubs really are great and I would encourage anyone who is hesitating and wondering about quality or value for money to just buy them. You won't be disappointed.

I was a little worried, because of the bad reviews, but I have to say, my experience was just perfect. We ordered a set of 101 irons on November 11th. As we had a custom fit with longer shafts and a custom lie, there was an expected 4 to 6 weeks delivery time.
We received the clubs yesterday, so it took only 3.5 weeks. We could always check the status of the clubs on the Takomo website and once they were shipped, we received regular updates via E-mail.
The clubs look great and my son is very happy with his new clubs. First range session shows at least 20 yards distance gain to his previous clubs.
I have nothing to complain about.

Awful clubs, terrible customer experience with predatory practices about canceling orders. Don’t buy these clubs

This was my first time dealing with this company, and while I have read the other reviews about issues involving custom orders, I have not encountered any. Their customer service got back about my issues with payments going through in less than 48 hours and were very helpful involving shipping tracking issues. In terms to delivery times, I received my order within the stated delivery time frame with no damage or issues. Overall positive experience although I would encourage people to read their refund policy and disclaimers, which state about the return time and how to be eligible for a refund. I am also aware of the strain on the company due to large amounts of orders which allegedly could cause delays (although I encountered none personally)

I cant get any distance with them. I got the tour lite reg shafts and basically, i think thats the problem. si was using Mizuno ireons before and fell for all the hype about these irons, well i tried them and they not only dont feel right, its the lack of distance.

Excellent looking clubs. Delivery time was about a week for some in-stock items. Even recieved an automatic e-mail to correct my address after i accidentally got it wrong on the order.

I read the comments on here, so was sort of weary ordering. But turned out great, cant wait to try them out.

Thankfully I didn't read this comments - otherwise I most probably wouldn't order the 301 Combo clubs.
Maybe the process works better in Europe (delivery to Germany) & end of season time.
Ordered them mid of September - delivery within 1 (!) week. Tracking IDs from both companies were available through the mail.
For the product - hit them today for the first time. Good hits feel superb - not so good ones feel like ..well it's the same result like with any other clubs (but it was raining / currently I'm not at my best (and some other bla bla bla apologies). It seems they are a bit shorter than my "old" Wilson clubs. But that was only the first 60 balls.
Within the package was a additional towel & cape - so some nice addons.

So far - I love the clubs after few shots. Great product - no idea about the customer service. With this experience I would buy some other stuff again. Maybe not during a high season - delivery time gets mad.
