I purchased shoes from Tala Collection when their published policy specifically allowed returns within 7 days for orders shipped into the EU. When I needed to return them, my online request was initially declined as “final sale”. After I referred Tala to their own policy, they accepted the return, provided an Australian return address, and I returned the shoes the day after delivery at my own expense.
Tala received the shoes but refused to refund me. The original objection concerned the damaged shoe box, which had arrived that way after being shipped internationally in only a plastic mailing sleeve. I had photographed the damage on delivery and notified Tala before they received my return. After I provided that evidence, I was told the matter would be addressed as a priority, then received no substantive response for about a month.
When I followed up, additional reasons for refusing the refund were raised. I was eventually told I could pay to have the shoes shipped back or they would be disposed of.
I disputed the transaction with my bank and supplied the original returns policy, correspondence, photographs and tracking. My bank raised a chargeback on the basis that Tala had accepted the return, provided return instructions, received the merchandise and had not refunded me. Tala accepted the chargeback and I received a full refund.
My advice is simple: read and screenshot the returns policy when you purchase, especially for international orders. The policy displayed by Tala subsequently differed from the one applicable when I purchased, and having retained the original policy and correspondence was important when resolving my dispute.
The shoes themselves weren't the problem. The returns and refund experience was.

Last year I bought a TShirt from Tala collection its called the Contour, I wear it more than once a week, constantly washing it and it is still like the day I purchased it.
So I just bought 2 more.

Whilst I was super excited about my new pair of ASICS nimbus turning up I was a little disappointed that they were not the right size. After a quick email notifying TALA they got right onto it and my new shoes were here within a few days. Very happy with the service and product, will definitely order more.

I ordered a pair of Salomon shoes, the website was incredibly easy to use, and the delivery information was clear and accurate, so I knew exactly when to expect my order.
Shoes were absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size, but the customer service was so helpful. They responded very quickly, and were very understanding.
I will definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommended!

I ordered a pair of Zumba pants and I absolutely love them! They are so comfortable and the quality is great. I also love the range of colours available — it was hard to choose! I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Tala Collection. I purchased a pair of Salomon shoes for $245, and after receiving them I immediately contacted the store because I had concerns about their authenticity. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, I was repeatedly reassured that they were genuine.
After seeking advice from a Salomon store and comparing the shoes, I became convinced they were not authentic. When I raised this with Tala Collection, their customer service became defensive and dismissive instead of investigating my concerns professionally.
They initially criticised me for returning the shoes without the box and after wearing them once, despite the fact that I had only worn them because they had assured me they were authentic. Eventually they agreed to refund me, but throughout the process I felt like I was being treated as the problem rather than as a customer with genuine concerns.
What shocked me most was the way I was spoken to. After the refund was processed, I was told to "get some help" and to "seek some assistance." That is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and disrespectful. No business should speak to a customer that way, regardless of any disagreement.
Whether you agree with my concerns about the shoes or not, the level of customer service I received was appalling. I won't be shopping here again, and I'd strongly encourage others to do their own research before purchasing.

TALA absolutely delivers. I was doubtful at first ordering through a site i wasnt famaliar with but it was easy and seemless. Communication was great to follow up on my delivery. In the end i got my shoes and was so thrilled. The wait was worth it and the package arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Very satisfied.

I ordered Salomon sneakers for my little girls birthday and lovely Aus Post have lost the package, which I found out from Al the owner. Not Al's fault as he has nothing to do with it when leaving his warehouse, I deal with freight as well. But within half an hour of knowing this he has another pair in the mail and I got them the next day, loveliest guy to deal with and nothing was an issue. Even when I found out after all this I had miss understood sizing like a twit due to being in a hurry. Again, Al was fantastic today and didn't bat and eyelid, he even said "what is your little girls favourite colour, I will send out one of our sun visors for her". He has organised another pair of the same shoe to come out straight away before even seeing the wrong ones back. No one does that. Amazing, so if you can support this guy and his business and the people that work with him, please do. Nothing is an issue, be nice to them because they are fantastic and do what they can, Tala Collection will be my first port of call to support Al when I can. Cheers Nick.

What was most reassuring about my experience with Tala Collection after receiving the wrong size product to what I ordered; is that unlike many online businesses they 100% followed through on their returns and refunds policy. Many online business don't and often refuse or make it extremely difficult and there is always a loss. This was not the case in this instance, they honoured their policy and it was a most heartening surprise.

I have not received my shoes so how do you think I should rate you? 0I am not happy refund my money

Delays - in confirming order, responding to queries, further delays to expected shipping times. Still awaiting confirmation of local shipping 4 weeks later.
