Općenito sam zadovoljan sa anketama, koje dolaze nekad više nekad manje. Ponuđeni odgovori su u redu i ne navode te na odgovore koje oni žele da odgovoriš. Tako da je sve u redu.

Die Wartefrist für Auszahlungen auf's Bankkonto beträgt maximal 30 Tage ab Einlösen der Punkte. Andernfalls stehen Ihnen auch andere Prämien zur Verfügung, welche Sie in der Regel sofort nach Abschicken des Formulars erhalten, wie z.B. Gutscheine für eine breite Auswahl an Shops.
Wir hoffen, dass Sie dennoch Freude an der Teilnahme in unserem Panel haben.

Ich mache das schon einige Zeit. Lasse mir regelmäßig 20 Euro auszahlen. Die Auszahlung dauert bis zu 30 Tage, habe es immer bekommen. Alles super. Klare Empfehlung.

Proponuje ciekawe badania, jest rzetelna, uczciwa. Raz już robiłem zlecenie wypłaty na konto bankowe i wypłaciło mi. Nawet jeśli wyrzuci z badania, bo nie odpowiadasz wymaganiom to otrzymasz 5 pkt pocieszenia.

Guten Tag,
wir bedauern, dass Sie aufgrund der Wartezeit für die Auszahlungen nicht zufrieden sind. Die Auszahlungen aufs Bankkonto bedürfen zurzeit noch einer speziellen Kontrolle und Bearbeitung, und wir verarbeiten die Auszahlungen in gestaffelter Form für mehrere Panels und Länder, daher kann es bis zu maximal 30 Tage in Anspruch nehmen, bis Sie das Geld erreicht. Wir bitten Sie für die Umstände um Entschuldigung.
Sie haben allerdings auch die Möglichkeit, Gutscheine für verschiedene Shops zu wählen, und diese werden in der Regel sofort nach Einlösen der Punkte verschickt.

Can't make any money
It took me 5 years to earn 15 euros, and they still haven't paid me out even though 24 days have passed. They're probably waiting for the deadline to expire before replying to my email. The only reason I haven't gave up earlier is because I've been testing sites like these for last 6 years. The biggest problem (as someone else already mentioned) is that when you're close to any payout, they kick you out of all surveys. I can't believe it's because I'm not in the target group, because it happens that my neighbor, who is the same age, lives in the same place, and has the same level of education, still has access to a survey while I don't. The only difference is that she's not close to any payout. Also, it happens way too often that a survey stops at the last 10% and says there's an error and you don't get the points. I know they'll say it's 'because I don't belong to the target group,' but after 20-30 minutes of answering personal and thematic questions, I think we should at least get some points. Some of my points were also deleted as if I never had them, and a survey I completed just disappeared. Also, they send you link to Trustpilot with your first payout, so that more people that got money (or they think they did, because I still have no proof they really payout) to write them reviews. Maybe it's different depending on a region... but this is how it went for me

thank you for your review! And we are sorry to hear that you had some trouble with certain surveys and are not happy with the waiting time of the payout.
We pay out the points at the latest within 30 days after you redeemed them. Please note that we manage the payments for several panels and countries and the procedure entails a certain processing and controlling that currently demands a waiting period of maximum 30 days.
We can assure you that our system does not undertake any blocking from participation in relation to your number of points you have on your profile account. If you experience surveys being interrupted or stopped before you were able to complete them, please let us know individually per survey and we can look for a solution. Normally, such "screenouts" due to target group (for example) only happen within the first few minutes. If it happens to you after 10 - 20 minutes, you need to please reach out to our user support and we will investigate and find a solution for you.
Please note that the points need to be redeemed within 2 years as per our Terms and Conditions. Normally, even with a medium level of activity, it is possible to reach the minimum number of points required for redemption of points before they expire. If you seem to not be receiving enough surveys, please reach out to our user support, and we will investigate if all is fine with your profile account.
