We recently used Tallgrass recruitment for a specialist hire in our industry - international freight. In our view using a specialist recruitment company that knows our industry as though they work in it is essential if we are to get the right candidates to match the vacancy as they understand the skills and business experiences we are looking for. I am pleased to say that working with Tallgrass was smooth and productive, therefore we would definitely recommend.
