I have previously bought the shampoos and conditioners and love them ( smell and quality). I had points to redeem which I found confusing to use; I have to say Demme from customer services was brilliant and resolved my issue promptly and effectively Excellent service !!

Amazing laundry not the smell which obviously is lovely but I have ADHD and sensory issues and can never ever handle wool or certain things after washed as feels way too icky but I could not believe it I just got them out with no yuckiness at all!! Hence I will not be using any other detergents now but tallow and ash. The perfume absolutely makes the bedding so lush.

I am a huge fan of tallow and ash. The fragrances smell amazing and my new favourite took me by surprise as I am not a fan of the smell of fir but I received apres ski in my surprise subscription and I think it’s my new favourite. I am also looking forward to trying Valentine’s Day after a replacement is being sent to me after my order was damaged during the delivery and not received by me as a result. I honestly can’t recommend them enough and the stain powder is one of the best products out there and definitely recommend that too (as an example it removed a literal poonami - thanks to my granddaughter - on my outdoor seating cushion with just the powder dissolved in water and you can’t get better than that)!

I treated myself to the Duvet Day bundle, unfortunately the shampoo exploded during shipment.
I got in touch with touch with the customer service team, had the quickest reply ever!!

Although the damage to the box was completely EVRIs fault…Demme really helped by fixing everything.

I’ve only just found this fabulous range of laundry products and I’m so pleased I have. Real luxury, beautifully packaged and a delicious selection of scents. Price point is great and you don’t need to use much to get long lasting fresh laundry. Truly lovely products.

I love tallow and ash. I got my 1st 2 shampoos from Tesco a few months ago and fell in love so I ordered sample pack and a few other bits. Unfortunately evri messed up and my parcel was taken from my front door. Khatlyn Was amazing and sorted out further information from me and organised a replacement to be sent. Cannot wait to receive and start to become a collector :)

So, I was looking for a replacement scent as the washing beads i used, didn't seem to be in production anymore. Sad times. It was actually my mum who suggested this company to me and I like sweet smelling scents, so I obviously went for the Icing On The Cake 'shampoo + conditioner'. I absolutely love this product. I got it on offer and felt like it was worth the money. The scent stays on my clothes, it makes my kitchen smell like a bakery, so personally, I'm a fan and will be continuing to buy this!

I had a really positive experience with Tallow and Ash. My original order was lost by Evri, which was frustrating, but Tallow and Ash handled it brilliantly. Lili-Ann replaced my order promptly and made the whole process very easy. They was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. It is clear they care about their customers and stand by their products. I would happily order from them again.

I just want to leave a review for the amazing customer service I received from Demme at Tallow & Ash.

Unfortunately, my first order was left on my doorstep by the courier company, despite me previously speaking to them and clearly stating that parcels should not be left there, as it isn’t safe. Sadly, the parcel went missing.

Demme completely exceeded my expectations with incredibly quick replies and a fast, helpful resolution.

It’s rare to come across customer service that is this responsive and genuinely helpful, and it really made a stressful situation so much easier.

Although I haven’t had the chance to try the product yet, if it’s anything like their customer service team, I’m sure it will be fantastic. Thank you again, Demme.

Courier company lost my parcel. Customer service was great and parcel was reordered and sent with no hassle.

Amazing customer service. I discovered that my items were damaged in transit, I made contact on Saturday evening via email and got a reply very quickly and my items were all delivered by Monday afternoon! Tallow + Ash i am obsessed I will never use another laundry detergent. I used to always use the scent booster balls I don't need to with these a different smell every day and when the dryer is on the whole house is filled with beautiful notes I love them all but I think pistachio is my favourite. The customer service team is also topnotch really do look out for their customers brilliant company even better team

I have been a customer for over a year now and I absolutely adore this brand. The products are a huge hit in our house—there truly is a scent for everyone. Beyond the lovely smells, the actual washing performance of the liquids is top-tier.
​The stain-removing powder is brilliant and hasn't failed me once. However, the real star is the stain remover pen; it’s a joy to use and incredibly effective. I’ve used it on so many items, including my daughter’s white mesh trainers. She was gutted when she got them dirty, but the pen brought them back to looking brand new. She was delighted, and I’m a customer for life!"

The laundry products are fantastic, clean well, good value and smell incredible. I’d suggest trying the sample pack as you get a full wash and condition in each and you can try to see which you like heat. I love all of the scents. The customer service team are efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Super products, smell so nice, and so hard to choose one, so I use icing on the cake for clothes, oud for sheets and towels and always trying out others. Smell lasts for ages, even if your clothes stay in the drawer a while after washing, they come out smelling like they’ve just been washed.
And any issues with ordering or queries, they are super helpful and responsive. Customer for life! Thank you

Customer service is second to none, unbelievable. The product itself is incredible. One bottle arrived damaged (courier issue) new parcel sent by T&A within an hour of reporting it!

I purchased their stain pen and unfortunately couldn't change the cartridge as it was stuck. Their team answered my request quickly even although it was almost 5pm. The member of staff helped and supported me and when it became apparent what the issue was, they arranged dispatch of a replacement item the same night. This all took less than 2.5 hours from when I contacted them.
Fantastic customer service for a small company. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family

This brand is outstanding, the scents are amazing, I love the fabric sprays (I have two subscriptions! One for shampoo and conditioner and one for the sprays) The customer service with Tallow and Ash is without a doubt the best I have ever had. I can’t recommend this amazing brand enough!
