Casey smith was exceptional with problem it took him over 3 hours and 2-3 other departments to figure out what was the problem and then he took the time to speak to our third party processoing department to find out what he need to do . Kind enough to call back on Tuesday made sure our credit card machine was completely set up for third party cards . Thank you soo much Casey . Your dedication is very much appreciated.

We're a small non profit that has been using Talus a few months to process donor giving. Well on 3 occasions since January they've decided to hold the releases of funds ($2000, $1000, $1100). No reason. Just that the transactions are held by "compliance." That's it! Donations we desperately need for our day to day operations and they're holding funds for a week at a time!! And all I get is "It's not our fault. It compliance dept." That horse crap! Now to wait 24 hours for compliance to contact you...

Was totally LIED too by ALEX their sales member. I was told he would wave the monthly fees. Which was a TOTAL Lie. got charged all but 100.00 a month. When I tried to reach out to Alex he didn't return my calls nor emails. Then when I called to talk to him I was informed he no longer works for Talus Payments any longer.
He probably got FIRED because he does nothing but LIE LIE LIE. then they wouldn't honor what he told me. So I cancelled..
I wouldn't trust this company nor there employees.
