Una de las mejoras tiendas españolas de Batería y percusión. Tienen mucho stock de todo tipo de artículos a buenos precios y los envíos son muy rápidos. Además te asesoran en tus compras si tienes dudas. Llevo comprando allí desde que abrieron y nunca me han decepcionado. Son unos cracks y hacen el festival más importante de baterías en España.

For me, this company has been good. I had ordered something that was incorrectly priced (too low). So they offered me the product for supplier cost price, which is about the best thing they could’ve done in this situation. And no issues with returning something either.

Llevo 9 dias esperando que me llegue una bateria , no me han informado en ningún momento del retraso. Tendria que haber llegado en 2 dias y sigo esperando... No lo recomiendo

In general, I will say that I’m quite reasonable, but after trying to trade with Tam Tam percussion, they actually managed to make me sour.

They have made a really good example, in which you should not treat customers and how trading ethics can be really bad.

It all started over a month ago when I placed an order with value over €1000, which is in my economy, is a lot of money.
I was looking forward to receive my order but nothing happened, then after a week or so they wrote me a mail in Spanish (which I do not speak) telling me that they had some problems receiving my stock.
At this point, they have draw the money from my card, which is not illegal in Denmark. So they have drawn over €1000 and after some days gave me a reply in Spanish telling me that they couldn't get my goods.
A few days went by and they told me that they still couldn't get my stock.
I wrote them that I was looking forward to receive my goods, but I didn’t hear from them.

Then I wrote them about a week ago saying that I haven't heard from them in a long time, and I was getting nervous that I would´t relive anything at all.
Therefor I would like to cancel my order, and have my money returned.

Then they suddenly wrote me, that they of course should have told me what was going on.
This was actually in English and they wrote me, that they were having some difficulties receiving a TAMA chair. They wanted to give me another one instead, I wrote them that if they have written me this, from the beginning, I will have gone with the other chair, but now I was so disappointed and I didn´t want to wait any more. I have a big concert coming up, so I had to buy it elseware.

This was over a week ago, and nothing have happen.
Like the redraw of money from Visa, you can return it in a sec. It’s been over a week, and they havn’t return anything.
They have no taken my money captive, which really really disappoints me.

Don’t go there!!

28 nov. Spanish mail - they did´t have the stock they were selling.
10 dec. Spanish mail - they did´t have the stock they were selling.
I write that I´m looking forward to receive the order. No reply.
19 dec. I write them, asking what there is going in.
20 dec. They write they are “so sorry”. I tell them to cancel my order, and return my money.
26 dec. Still nothing happening.

Ordered a cajon and a bag for it. Waited more than a week and neither of the products was sent and my emails were unanswered. Fortunately I'd paid the order through Paypal so I had Paypal buyers protection. Had to contact TamTam directly through Paypal and demanded a return. Do not recommend AT ALL.
