Gary and Sommer were so professional and available at all times to help with my situation. I contacted Gary as I needed to know how much I could borrow in order to buy my house during a separation. Honestly the support I got was amazing and he reassured me I absolutely could manage it. They made the whole process so easy. I will be returning in 3 years when I fixed rate is over. Thanks guys.

Gary is the main key man there but everybody else is also very good and helpful there.

Michael Longley was our mortgage broker and from start to finish, he was wonderful! He secured us an AIP quickly and always answered any questions we had promptly.
Our lender took a while to complete the assessment and issue us an offer, making an error along the way, but Michael stayed in constant communication with us and went the extra mile to secure us an offer and overturn the error very quickly.
I could not recommend Michael enough and Town & Country themselves were always quick to respond and help in any way they could - alongside securing us fantastic insurance deals!
