Town and Country have been amazing to deal with throughout our entire journey. Me and my partner have always felt informed and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process working with Stephen, he’s always worked with us and our circumstances and didn’t just confine us to a box, we were not standard applicants but they worked with us to get a product that was right for us and made our dream of becoming home owners true ! Even through the grey areas Stephen always offered his advice and guidance and we truly believe even if we hadn’t got the results we wanted, he would have worked with us until we did ! Would recommend them to anyone looking or even just unsure on what to do !

I first reached out to Stephen a year ago to quickly turn around a mortgage in principle so that I could go view a flat, he was responsive and accommodated my quick turnaround without question. I didn’t proceed, but when the time came 12 months later to start the process again, he was the person I reached out to. Like before, he was responsive and immediately set to work even on his first day in his new job. He was very thorough, found me a really good mortgage deal that worked with my situation, took me through every detail, and ensured I asked all the right questions to other parties involved, as well as committing to another quick turnaround time. I highly recommend Stephen, and will be coming to him again for any needs I have in the future.

I have used Town and Country mortages for the past 3 mortages I have taken out now, originally recommended via a friend, its great as they are a free mortage advice company, so no costs to the customer. I have dealt with Lewis Caygill on 3 occasions now over the years and he has been absolutely amazing! Communication and advice via calls and emails has been spot on. This time round I dealt with Lewis initially and I then got passed over to a mortage advisor Mitchell Top (assuming Lewis has had a well deserved promotion). It was a smooth handover and Mitchell has been fantastic in finding me a great mortage offer with the best deals available and the communication has been brilliant The whole process done and dusted in a couple of weeks with my full mortage offer coming through today. Outstanding service i would highly recommend.
