Wow, what a company. I can honestly say they have been fantastic! 5* Lewis & Mitchell dealt with myself and my Fiancé and they helped every step of the way and guided us, helped and went above and beyond, the service is sublime and we can't thank them enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Getting a mortgage can be a daunting experience, but Lewis and the rest of the team are there to help. Great knowledge, good responsiveness, always on your side. Very happy with the service, which I can and will recommend.

We have recently used the town and country mortgage services and was given Lewis caygill as our mortgage advisor, being first time buyers we had a lot of questions and each time Lewis came back quickly with an answer.
The steps to completing the full mortgage application were really simple and explained in detail if we didn’t understand, by both Lewis and Mitchell.
Through out the process we were kept well informed and we are both really impressed.
We would definitely recommend this company to anyone we know that would be looking for a mortgage advisor!

The only regret was not progressing with Charlotte sooner! Went with a broker we used previously and they let us down, leaving us in an 11th hour pickle. So went back to Charlotte who picked up the matter again and immediately made us feel at ease. She progressed it lightning fast, from application and valuation through to mortgage offer in less than a week (contacted her Weds even and Tues morn we had full offer) - Charlotte pulled out all the stops and made use of her good contacts at the lenders. Have already recommended her to others. Cannot thank her enough 0 she has been a STAR !

A tricky journey but my advisors did not give up and got me what I needed. I felt that I was in good hands and trusted what I was advised through out.

Natasha was fantastic with her communication, regarding updating us with all the latest information and finding the best mortgage offer out there for us!
We were delighted with the service they provided, this include regular calls to find out how we were getting on, right up to our moving date and after the move.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of clarity, communication, and consistency in the process of purchasing a property through Bovis Homes.

I initially enquired about a property on December 26th with the intent to view and potentially reserve it. However, as of January 18th, I find myself no further forward, despite making every effort to follow the processes outlined to me.

Throughout this period, I have received conflicting information from multiple parties, resulting in significant delays. For instance, I have been left waiting for weeks at a time with no returned calls or emails from Town and Country. This lack of communication has already cost me one property, and now it seems likely that I will lose another.

After securing an AIP and completing affordability checks (which I passed and have confirmation of), I am now being told I must use Town and Country to proceed. This is despite them informing me five days ago that they cannot help. It appears that without completing an application with Town and Country, I am unable to proceed with Bovis Homes – even to leave a reservation.

The process has been far from transparent, with no clear guidance or accountability. I have now spent hundreds of pounds on fees for an AIP based on the instructions I received, only to find that this is not sufficient.

I feel deeply underappreciated and undervalued as a customer, and I strongly believe that this experience does not reflect the standard of service one should expect from a reputable developer.

I would appreciate a detailed explanation of the process, as well as clear guidance on the next steps to resolve this situation promptly. I trust that you will also take the necessary steps to address the lack of communication and inconsistency I have experienced.
