. First impressions were good when I called and spoke to Luke to enquire of the type of car I wanted. Following a test drive and giving me all the information I needed, I felt confident and assured of my purchase, dealing with Luke and a trustworthy car retailer it was a great experience. I would thoroughly recommend Tangelo.

Outstanding - from first contact with Tom through to the delivery, all contact with them was professional, helpful and genuine.

I am so happy with my Audi TT, and it seems rare these days to find a dealer committed to a buyer having a pleasurable experience throughout the process.

The extra concern to me was not being able to get to see the car, but I was given videos, honest answers about history and condition which were spot on.

I’ve just purchased a used Mercedes Benz from Tangelo, initially a bit unsure due to it being an online purchase. I must say all my concerns disappeared once I’d arrived and inspected the vehicle. It was immaculate, Rory who initially dealt with my enquiry was excellent and reassured me that although he wouldn’t be available on the day of collection, his colleague Elliott would be able to finalise the transaction and advise me regards any questions. His and Rory’s service was second to none. The whole transaction from the initial telephone call to driving away the car took less than 24hrs. Brilliant service, professional company willing to negotiate (within reason) and have a range of high quality used vehicles. Thank you. Will recommend to friends and colleagues.

Purchased a car from Tangelo, from the first moment of meeting Emma and Elliott, we felt relaxed and most importantly not pressurised.

Process was extremely easy and professional. Communoications were swift and great. Handover was quick and efficient with Rory.

Would highly recommend to anything if this is the typically way the team at Tangelo work. Don't typically enjoy the process of buying a car but this was a great experience, some of the main brand dealerships could learn a thing or two from this young sales team.

On arrival I meet Chris and Mat who were very helpful and professional at there job, I then purchased a very delightful X3 BMW.
