Your products made me remember my childhood.

Rochak i ordered damp and become soft. When i asked your customer care she said this is normal thing and cut the phone. This is how your team response to customer

I ordered second time from tangy. But this time I am very disappointed. Seems like product were old. So there were a smell in some products. Also the packaging was not good.i order three pack of churan and found most of that were open so it was all over the packaging. Not worth this time

I purchased some items from tangy shop and my purchased amount was eligible for free surprise gift but when in opened the box that item was missed. I contacted at tangy shop customer number but they give me funny reply that on next purchase they will add it. 🤣🤣

Hi, I was just browsing net when I came across Phantom Sweet Cigerette peppermint candy, and it brought back my childhood memories. Me and my brother used to make different pose infront of our friends. But as it was from 90's era, I thought there is no way this is still available anywhere in world. But to my surprise, I found Tangy Shop still making and selling them, so immediately I ordered 10 pack and when it delivered I surprised my brother and parents with it. It bring back so many childhood memories back.

I placed a large order with Tangy Shop India (Order #63651111) containing 25 different products. The order confirmation explicitly promised a “Free Gift for orders above Rs. 599 (Worth Rs. 50)”.

What did they actually send me as this supposedly ₹50-worth gift?

A small packet containing multiple pale, chalky/stone-like pieces. They are irregular, rough, heavily covered with what appears to be dust or powder, and look more like discarded stone pieces or construction residue than anything I would reasonably consider a customer gift. There is visible dirt/dust on the pieces and even the piece I photographed in my hand looks completely unsuitable to be handed to a customer as a promotional product.

This is what Tangy Shop India decided was an appropriate ₹50 free gift for a customer who had just placed a substantial order.

Honestly, do they think their customers are a joke?

I wouldn't normally bother writing a review over a free ₹50 item. But this isn't about the ₹50. It is about the sheer disrespect involved in advertising a gift of a specified value and then sending something that, in my opinion, looks completely worthless and unfit to be presented as a promotional gift.

I have photographs of exactly what was received, along with the order confirmation showing the promised ₹50-worth free gift.

I have contacted the company and given them an opportunity to explain and resolve this. Their response will determine what I do next.

For a company selling products to customers, the basic expectation is simple: don't make promises you cannot stand behind, and don't treat customers as though they are stupid enough to accept anything you put in a packet.

Extremely disappointing and insulting customer experience.

Some of the items are great. Some items like chata pat are not as they used to be. Quantities also is less as compared to how it used to be in many packets. But nostalgia satisfaction is 100% there.

My childhood memories refreshed

The Tangy Shop offers something businesses rarely do. Fulfilment of childhood nostalgia. The candies and snacks available on the store are associated with core childhood memories, to relive which me and my partner ordered close to 20 different products which got delivered today. We ended up trying almost all of them during the unboxing session which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although it seems like our taste has matured a lot as we too did, and only now did we realize how much sugar did we used to love in our candies and snacks as kids, we still loved everything and plan to serve these to our guests or carry around and distribute to friends. The delivery was timely and packaging neat.

10/10 for the experience money can't buy. 🌸
