I hired Tansol Digital to get 3 reviews done for my business. Before starting, they guaranteed me that the reviews would not be removed. I trusted them and paid for the service.

But the reviews barely lasted 2 days. Not only did the new reviews get removed, but my existing old reviews also disappeared because of whatever they did. So I ended up in a worse situation than before.

When I asked for a refund, they completely ignored me. They are not picking up my calls, not responding to messages, nothing. Total silence after taking the money.

This company made a clear promise, failed to deliver, caused extra damage to my profile, and now they are running away from responsibility. I would not recommend Tansol Digital to anyone. Save your money and stay away.
