Received one filter instead of two - Annual package
I subscribed to an annual package from Tappwater (Order #217272), which clearly stated that two filters would be included. However, I only received one.
When I contacted support and provided my order number, they responded by asking me to provide the “correct” order number—despite the fact that I had already shared the right one. I followed up via email, but there has been no response for 12 days now.
This is disappointing. The lack of proper customer support and delayed response makes the experience frustrating.
