Targa Toys showed a kit with screen-printed pieces on their website, and I ordered the kit based on what I saw. Targa delivered the kit with NO screen-printed pieces or sticker pack. I made a total of five attempts to contact them and asked for replacement screen-printed pieces or a sticker pack. Targa Toys ignored my five attempts to contact them. They offered NO customer service and ignored my attempts to correct the problem. Buyer Beware!

Ordered puzzle piece set. Was delivered 3/1/25 and I tried to put items together. One of my sets which was fairly expensive had several missing pieces. I sent a detailed email day of and gave clear instructions on what was missing. I received replacement parts that were NOT the correct piece 2 weeks later.

Quality:
The actual puzzle pieces, which are a lego knock off are of fair to poor quality, doesn't fit nicely and difficult to sit square, but what did i expect for the somewhat more affordable price. However, what i do expect is actual customer service and to receive a product i purchased. I was told since the order was over 30 days ago and that i opened the item it wouldn't be returnable. 1. it hasn't been 30 days 2. the item is missing pieces!?

Hello, About 5 months ago l brought two of your BMW'S cars BMW M4 CSL a black and gray , they came with instructions that I couldn't read BECAUSE THE INSTRUCTIONS WAS SO BAD I TRIED TO GET THEM PRINTED UP BIG BUT , BUT NOTHING WORKED OUT SO I JUST GAVE UP ON TRYING TO PUT THEM TOGETHER. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF YOUR INSTRUCTIONS WAS A BIT BETTER. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.

After a disastrous customer experience with minibricks (order NEVER received) I was hesitant about ordering from Targa Toys, I contacted customer service several times and they answered in less than 6hrs each time. Targa Toys remains the site that offers the most Lego vehicle models, well ahead of minibricks.

This model is a fantastic addition to any car fanas collection. It's simple to build, boasting elegant and realistic designs, and provides an enjoyable experience from start to finish. I highly recommend it without any reservations.

Delivery was pretty fast,the packaging is eco-friendly and not cardboard like lego's speed champions models,the instruction manual is in digital format (personally i find that better). I'm sure I'll be buying other models for my son.

The product arrived intact and functional. However, I lost the QR code for the digital instructions. Customer service was fast and responsible and emailed me a copy of the instructions as soon as they could. Much appreciated!!!

Excellent customer service. I ordered a product online from another country - correspondence was quick and informative, product arrived quickly (even considering it was nearly Christmas). I then had a small issue with a part and the team was so good about it and happily sent a replacement part - which also turned up quickly.

I was a little worried that this might be a scam site as they didn't have many reviews, however the item I ordered (a Gulf Porsche 911 model) arrived in just over a week. The only thing was that they do not sell Lego but a different brand. If you're okay with that you will like this shop.
