wow if i could give negative stars. i absolutely would. i paid for sub 2 weeks ago, could never figure out how to use the website/live map feed, so i finally decided to join the discord and ask for help... WHAT A MISTAKE the owner of the website/group is a total.... WOW. i asked for just some basic help, how do i set it up? he asks me to show him my screenshot folder, thinking i had it linked but becuase i dont have a prnt screen button, i use xbox game bar and needed to reroute path etc, didnt know i could actually take screenshots IN GAME. i asked for help, very very nicely, he said "i dont have time to help you and 5000 other people" and kicked me from the discord. all i was asking for was some help, and this is how people get treated? unless you know how to do everything and know what to do, without knowing what to do because you cant ask for help.. i would stay very clear, this guy is probably one of the biggest jerks i have ever met. all i was asking was how to link the website to my tarkov account. cant use anything now because this guy is incredibly rude. i really wish he couldve just taken 2 minutes to help me out, very uncalled for.
