Tarmac Sportz レビュー 

I’ve used Tarmac Sportz for purchasing HFC’s for my Nissan 350z. Parts arrive very quickly and well packaged.
I’ve also used them for other miscellaneous items too.

The team are very receptive to answering queries about buying parts and car issues, on Facebook, forums and over the phone.

Tarmac Sportz is a great store to use for car parts.
Their prices are competitive too, making them the first place to look when in need of a part.

Sadly another company happy to take your money without the slightest hint of customer service.
Easy purchase, one item shipped out quite fast but when the customer is the one chasing paid for goods and the only response you get is “ I can only tell you what they tell me, unfortunately, they didn’t tell me about the delay on this one” I am really hoping I don’t get an issue with anything I have purchased......
I don’t even mind the wait, just a little empathy for the customer who paid £1300 to you.

Ordered the V2 Nismo short tails for my 370, package arrived without some of the accessories so rang them up, phone answered first time and parts sent out on priority delivery that came the following day. Really good personalised service.

Tarmac sportz has not caused any issues here the communication was good. However, the exhaust that was sent was the wrong exhaust. I had an extra bracket on the centre piece and no bracket on the back exhaust. It was fitted and the exhaust was hanging very low. Every time I went over a bump etc the exhaust would move up and down almost like it was loose. It took 3 attempts to get to get cobra to admit they sent the wrong one. They sent a new back box and it still it hanging lower than expected. So overall not great when you’re spending £600 for a part alone. Like I said tarmac were good communicators but the fiasco with cobra was ridiculous.

I ordered the parts online and within 10mins I had an email thanking me for the order and telling me that the manufacturer had none in stock and would I be happy to wait a week or two until they were. I was and I had a notification from the manufacturer that they were back in stock so I contacted tarmac sport who replied within 5 mins to inform me that they would be sent directly from the manufacturer that evening. To my surprise they were delivered the very next morning.

Ordered several times, each time the team are happy to help, more often than not they will help with anything via forums etc too a true asset to the car lovers community!

Oh yeah it’s almost always next day delivery too!
