My response to taskpay.ng's reply to my previous review

Firstly, the card used to fund my account is my own prepaid Visa card, which I received as a reward for completing surveys on a platform called Freecash. Therefore, the claim that the deposit was made using someone else’s card is incorrect.

Secondly, I completed several tasks valued between ₦100 and ₦300 (I do not recall the exact amount), so the assertion that no valid task completion was recorded before my withdrawal request is also inaccurate.

After completing these tasks, I switched to the worker dashboard and used some of the earned funds to create a small task campaign. Subsequently, I switched back to the employer dashboard, funded my account with ₦2000, and then returned to the worker dashboard. At this point, I was able to submit a withdrawal request for the ₦2000 I deposited.

Taskpay.ng states that they have strict policies against suspicious transactions, which I fully understand and support. However, if these policies are in place,

why was I permitted to submit a withdrawal request using the funds I deposited into my employer dashboard??? This appears to be a lapse on the company’s part.

The reason I submitted the withdrawal request using the deposited funds was not to abuse the platform but to verify the legitimacy of Taskpay.ng, as the platform allows withdrawal requests from the employer balance.

Considering all these points, I believe the most appropriate and ethical resolution would be one of the following:

Reverse the withdrawal request and refund the ₦2000 back to my employer account so I can use it for its intended purpose—creating task campaigns.

OR

Complete the withdrawal, since I was allowed to place the withdrawal request in the first place.
