Salina who is my VA is very pleasant to work with, responds very quickly to my messages and does an excellent job when she is given clear guidance. She is a real pleasure to work with.

My virtual assistant, Ana, has taken such a heavy load off of my shoulders. Hiring Ana was the best thing I have ever done. She gets the job done! Being able to gain family time back was my ultimate goal in hiring her, and the goal has been met. I can trust her to take care of tasks and assignments while being completely hands off to enjoy quality time with family. Highly recommend hiring from Task Experts!

I'm incredibly pleased with my experience with TaskExpert—but that wasn’t always the case. Back in 2025, I hired a Virtual Assistant through them and was disappointed enough that I didn’t renew my contract.

A few months ago, as my nonprofit consulting firm grew beyond its resources, I found myself needing extra support. I compared three different VA agencies (with a bit of help from ChatGPT), and TaskExpert was back in the mix.

After interviewing all three, I decided to give them another chance. To their credit, TaskExpert openly acknowledged my earlier concerns and explained the changes they had made to address them.

Fast forward three months: I now have the best VA I could ask for in Ana Gilbert. Her communicatiion skills are impeccable, and she strikes that rare balance of being supportive while also assertive when the situation calls for it.

Being a VA isn’t easy. They’re asked to jump into projects across industries, pick things up quickly, ask smart, clarifying questions, and communicate effectively with every type of client—from ambitious, impatient young managers to seasoned executives with decades of experience. Ana has managed all of that with ease.

I’m not the easiest client to work with. I move fast, I multitask constantly, and I can be demanding. Ana navigates all of it with grace. She takes feedback in stride, delivers consistently, and when something falls outside her expertise, she’s honest about it. In those cases, TaskExpert seamlessly brings in another VA with the right skills.

I now work with two VAs from TaskExpert—Ana and a talented web/app developer—and both have exceeded expectations.

I have enjoyed working with TasksExpert for the last couple of months. It took me a while to contract with them, but now that I have, I don't know why I put it off for so long. I have been assigned to work with Devid on my website, and he has done such an incredible job! My website looks professional and is impressive in presentation and functionality. Communication with Devid has been easy, and the fact that we can have video meetings as often as I want has been invaluable. TasksExpert has EXCEEDED my expectations!

Zoe has been an incredible help at Tasks Expert. Their level of service has surprised me, as I haven't had much experience hiring a remote VA before. As a customer, I feel well taken care of.

Summary: I wasted a lot of time trying the service and it didn't save me any time or successfully accomplish any task assigned.

I was excited to delegate some tasks and signed up for a monthly plan. The first assistant assigned to me didn't accomplish anything in the 1st 10 hours (for example, I asked her to get 2-3 quotes for a service and she spent hours making me a spreadsheet of service companies with phone numbers, website, etc - basically the information Google could provide me in a 2-second search but never got me even one quote). The company was very apologetic/agreeable and assigned a new person. The second assistant called professionals in my community pretending to be me and providing fake information. Thankfully, I live in a great community and the other professional reached out to me to let me know someone was fraudulently impersonating me. I canceled the service after this but I'm still getting spam texts and emails from websites the assistant and put my information into.

It's very possible that this company is great for certain niche tasks, but for a personal assistant it was not a good fit.

Tasks Experts has been a very reliable, high-quality addition to my team. They have filled in gaps and added to my team, helping me leverage my time to focus on the overall vision. Whether you are a one-man band or a large company, you will benefit from their expertise. They are responsible, reliable, and do great work. Highly recommend.
