What makes Suzanne unique in her field is, that she delivers exactly what she promises. In our case, she has acted with maximum competence, with continuous, personalised, professional and, just as importantly, human support.
What will remain a question for us for a long time is, how Suzanne was able to anticipate every single upcoming event and occurrence almost to the minute.
