No se puede hacer peor, espero un pedido de café Tassimo para mi oficina, el repartidor me llama por tf a las 21:15 y le comento que abrimos hasta las 15:00, me dice que pasará al día siguiente por la mañana, por supuesto no pasa ni tengo más noticias, hasta que miro el seguimiento y mi pedido de café ha sido devuelto.
Lo siento por Tassimo, pero mientras trabaje con esta mensajería, no compro más, me paso a otra marca con la que podamos tomar café en mi oficina
La tarde del 19-1 se ha puesto Tassimo en contacto conmigo a través de email para pedir disculpas y hacer un nuevo envío, así que de voy a a darles una oportunidad y si sale bien, retiraré la reseña negativa
Finalmente hoy dia 20-1 me ha llegado el paquete, en horario de oficina!
La gestión hecha por Tassimo ha dado resultado!

Los chocolates aguados e insípidos, me arrepiento mucho de haberme gastado tanto dinero en tantas cápsulas y en la cafetera, hice pedidos de varios paquetes de cada para probarlo todo, encima las capsulas de chocolate me las mandaron con muy poca fecha de caducidad (3meses),por lo que he tenido que tirar la mayoria a la basura

Ich habe bei Tassimo, 2 verschiedene Kaffeepakete für meine neue Maschine gekauft. Bevor die Sendung ankam merkte ich, dass das System nichts für mich ist. Daher wollte ich das ungeöffnete Paket zurücksenden. Wenn man jetzt auf der Homepage auf die „Rücksendeseite“ geht wird man merken, dass das System überflüssig verkompliziert wurde. Ich habe meinen Rücksendewünsch auch per Mail formuliert. Bis heute kam keine Antwort, geschweige denn ein Rücksende-Etiket. Die stellen sich einfach tot. Ich kann nur empfehlen den Kaffee lieber beim örtlichen Händler zu beziehen. Solche Firmen verderben es einem.

I looked at the reviews on Trustpilot after I had ordered and to be honest I was a bit worried but I have just received my order a few days after placing the order and I am absolutely delighted and impressed with the ease of ordering, speed of delivery and overall efficiency of the process! My experience has been wonderful and I will definitely be ordering again. I am so looking forward to trying some new flavours that I have ordered.

De très bon prix comparés à ceux en grande surface. En vous inscrivant à la newsletter, vous recevrez très régulièrement des codes promo vous permettant d'obtenir des remises très intéressantes. À noter cependant que les délais de livraison sont parfois un peu long et que les colis sont généralement très mal emballés et arrivent donc très abîmés voir complètement éventrés...

Company is absolute joke, never ever any purchase cost me that much stress. I ordered coffee machine with 6 packs of capsules for 49,99. Unfortunately package went missing. DHL made a mess with delivery. Took me 3 weeks to find out that it’s been returned to their warehouses. I checked on their website and unfortunately set I wanted to buy cost now 85 pounds, so decide to call them and ask to send my parcel back to me, unfortunately lady I spoke with said that she can only offer me £10 voucher. I’m so angry, disappointed and frustrated like I haven’t been in ages. Avoid at all cost. Customer service is useless and wouldn’t even bother to answer your emails.

15 días han pasado desde que hice el pedido, no se puede contactar con ellos, parece una estafa y una vergüenza de empresa. Los pagos sí que los aceptan rápido. El formulario web no funciona, el teléfono es de pago... Un desastre, nada recomendable.

Finalmente me llegó el pedido después de más de 15 días.
El servicio de atc es un desastre, pero me alegro de tener ya mis cápsulas, es la única forma de tener variedad, en los supermercados no hay casi nada.

Zweimal bestellt, zweimal keine Ware erhalten. Das wirklich üble daran ist wenn man um Auskunft bittet, wo denn die Lieferung bliebe, muss man mehrmals nachfragen damit man mit viel Glück eine Antwort bekommt. Die dann nach dem Motto ist vergessen sie‘s und probieren sie es nochmal. Ergab leider keinen besseren Erfolg die neuerliche Bestellung dürfte auch in der Versenkung verschwunden sein, nur diesmal bekomme ich keine Antwort mehr auf die Frage wo die Lieferung bleibt.
Scheinbar findet man Kundenbestellungen als äußerst lästig!!!!!

It's really sort of multinational company anyway for many many reasons there. I do hope to make it really possible with them for that much better. How else you should went out with that ? I love their coffee and related products and can recommend them to anyone else.

I have ordered twice from Tassimo Denmark in the last month and a half, first time I contacted them after 10 days of not having heard a word, but the money had been taken from my account, I was informed that for some reason they had forgotten to send me a track and trace, ok no problem right? I ordered more tassimo coffee, and the same thing happened again, I contacted them after 11 days, and it was sorry we forgot to send you a track and trace, but its ready for pick up.

Purchased the Tassimo 1000UCBetter and extremely happy with this brewer. Have owned Keurig's in the past and while they provide a breadth of coffee brand options, the Tassimo machine gives you more choices for cafe style drinks like cappucinos and lattes. Happy with the machine quality and functionality and recommend this brewer to anyone looking for more coffee beverage choices at home.
