Lack of support

The online order said to deliver to the NT would take three days. After checking today the status said in transit and it is sitting in Melbourne….. I paid almost $400 for a hamper from this company out of everyone else out of hopes it would reach my friends and family in time for a special Occassion.

I tried to get some support from the online chat after the order and got little support and told to come to the email with tracking information that I went to, to begin with.

Lack of support to begin with just made for a poor service. Took away from the whole experience really.

Advertise next day divers in all states. Coming from Victoria, thought there would be a franchise in adelaide.
Supposed to be Friday delivery now have
to wait till Monday.

Great choice of products

Fast shipping and on time

Fast shipping and on time. Although the chocolate bouquet I got, most of the ferrero rochers were off and I had to stick them back on.

Packaging and presentation looks great. I would prefer a text message to inform me of when my item has been dispatched so that I have some idea of when it will arrive. I find text easier than having to track. I tried the tracking you sent.but I was unsuccessful so I had to o idea when it was going to arrive. Otherwise all was good. I would recommend your company to friends.
