Je réhausse la note de mon avis du 28/12 car après plein, plein, plein de mails, j'ai enfin eu mon remboursement! Quelle bataille. Ils refusaient le remboursement tant que l'enquête n'était pas finie. Or, j'ai prouvé avec les photos et étiquettes que je n'ai jamais rien reçu, et qu'ils devaient voir avec Colis Privé. J'ai bataillé 1 mois. Finalement, ils ont fini par me rembourser!

Lieferung kam schnell an. Da ich eine falsche Bestellung gemacht habe war ich im ständigen Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice, die absolut bemüht waren mir zu helfen. Meine Bestellung konnte nicht mehr geändert werden und deshalb wurde mir das falsch bestellte Set einfach geschenkt! Ich möchte mich nochmals dafür bedanken und kann diese Firma mit reinem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!!

Livraison en 5 jours en Bretagne, commandé le 10 et arrivé aujourd'hui le 15 avec la société coli-privé. Je ne comprends pas les gens qui se plaignent des délais de livraisons pour le coup. Coffret très sympa, hâte de l'offrir pour Noël et de voir ce que ca donne

Colis jamais livré à domicile malgré une presence en télétravail. Suite replannification le colis n'a ensuite jamais été livré dans le point relais selectionné. Les jours passent et aucune action malgré appels, emails et même passage physique au point relais. Très grosse déception.

Je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis. Service client injoignable par mail et par téléphone pas de réponse.
Je modifierai mon avis si un jour j'ai des nouvelles. Très déçu. J'espère qu'ils me rembourseront au moins. Ma commande date de plus de 13 jours.

Depuis le 20 novembre 2025 j'attends toujours ma commande et c'est le 10 décembre, c'est ma deuxième commande et la première était la même j'ai dû attendre 3 semaines à un mois. Bien sur impossible de les joindre et ils ne vous répondent pas vraiment sur leur mail franchement a éviter !

Colis reçu rapidement (une semaine), avec le suivi. J’ai commandé un coffret de fiole de whisky. Beau choix de whisky avec explication de chaque produit à l’intérieur.

J'ai commandé une dizaine de Mignonnette d'alcool differentes et toutes ont le meme goût. J'ai pris differents gin ils sont unanimement sans gout, on ne sent que l'alcool, ça n'a pas du tout le goût de ces marques là de gin que je consomme habituellement. Cela ressemble bien à une escroquerie.

I wanted to order a tasting collection but didn't want to rely on mail-order companies. So I called them, and fortunately there was an alternative option (as an exception). The delivery was super fast, the communication was very friendly and the result was a fantastic gift! Tremendous!

Maj: 18/10: Colis bien reçu en parfait état, livraison finalement plus rapide que prévu. Entreprise réactive dans ces réponses.

Service de livraison catastrophique, le suivi fonctionne que tout les 5 jours et encore... le colis entre les Pays Bas et la France va mettre 2 fois plus de temps qu'un colis en Provence de Chine, cherchez l'erreur !! Je ne sais pas si je vais recevoir un jour ma commande..

A month of hell with Tasting Collection
Order placed on August 4th, 2025 for €200. It’s now September 2nd and I still haven’t received anything. 29 DAYS of cascading failures.
Timeline of disaster:
August 4: Order placed, promise of “immediate processing”
August 18: Colis Privé claims “couldn’t deliver” - FALSE, no delivery person ever showed up
August 26: New appointment scheduled - NOT RESPECTED
August 28: Another confirmed appointment - MISSED AGAIN
September 2: Colis Privé unilaterally changes delivery address to 30 min walk from my office!
Their carrier’s lies:
Colis Privé (chosen by Tasting Collection) generated false reports claiming I had “refused the package.” This is a complete lie. I was present at my workplace, no delivery person ever showed up, no delivery notice was left.
Failed customer service:
• Over 1 hour wasted on phone with Colis Privé
• TC customer service hiding behind “ongoing investigation”
• Insulting offer to refund shipping costs (€8.95) after a month of waiting
• Refusal to take responsibility
Time and money lost:
• Multiple waits until 7PM at my workplace
• Lost professional productivity
• Considerable stress and frustration
• €181 blocked for a month
Conclusion:
AVOID this company. They choose incompetent carriers (Colis Privé has terrible reviews everywhere) and refuse to take responsibility when things go wrong. A month to deliver a package within France is pure amateurism.
I strongly advise against Tasting Collection. Their after-sales service is non-existent and they will waste your time and money.
Recommended alternative: Buy directly from serious wine merchants who actually deliver to their customers.
30 days waiting and still nothing received as of September 2nd, 2025

Snelle verzending. Mooie verpakking. Ziet er geweldig uit. Proefbuisjes zijn precies voldoende voor een heerlijk glaasje

Wiskeys zijn een must.. eerste levering snel binnen..moet alleen 2 weken wachten op 2de levering. Zeer tevreden.. aanbevolen

Het bestellen, en goed verpakt ontvangen verliep geweldig

Enorm slecht ingepakt. Je betaald extra inpakkosten en dan zitten er overal scheuren bij het cadeaupapier.

I was ordering from Brussels and I needed a personalised message. Since this is not yet an option for international orders, I called the office and the lady I got on the phone by the name of Nicole came through for me. She was very patient, stayed on the phone with me until she received the order and guided me through how to send the message by email. I placed the order on Friday and got it before midday on Saturday. Kuddos, and thank you for excellent customer service.
