I was downloading the Nectar app using apple pay when this company somehow got in front and next thing I knew had authorised a 1p payment to them! A day later they tried to take £34.90 but fortunately my bank declined it and alerted me. They tried to take another payment today but my bank have already cancelled my card so it failed. I have never signed up or logged into this website to authorise any membership payments.

I've just had money taken from my bank account as a 'subscription renewal'. I have never engaged with this company and don't know how they have my bank and email details. very worrying.

Another scam company attempting to create a subscription through Apple Pay. I have no idea what they claim to provide Bots respond to any genuine complaint - don't bother just get your bank to reclaim the fraudulent charge for unwanted "subscription"

Attempted to withdraw £34.00 from my account. Block them

Had an issue but it was quickly resolved. Excellent customer service.

I signed up in error however customer services were very helpful and resolved my issues promptly. Cannot fault them.

There seems to be a gap between software capabilities and customer support intentions. Hours- literally - after being accidentally ‘subscribed’, I unsubscribed. But not before I was charged 34.90 since, the software generated emails told me, I had unsubscribed outwith the trial period …. 14 days. Exchanges of emails only produced the same Dalek-type negative responses. Subscription WAS finally returned, but it was a totally unnecessary expenditure of nervous energy. How good their services actually are, I have no idea since I never got beyond the subscription quagmire

I have just received an email saying that my subscription has been renewed! I have never even heard of this company let alone subscribed to them. I have complained and will update my review if I hear back from them.

I have now had a full refund and an apology so their customer service is great. Thank you.
