Bonjour Juliana-Cristin, quel dommage que votre colis n'ait pas été livré. D'après nos informations, UPS n'a pas pu livrer le colis à l'adresse indiquée le 15 avril, mais l'a fait le 16 avril. Si la livraison n'a toujours pas eu lieu, nous vous prions de bien vouloir contacter notre service client. Il est de toute façon préférable de contacter d'abord notre service client en cas de problème de livraison. Ils peuvent souvent vous fournir une explication ou vous proposer une solution.
