Great service on the phone, the young lady was very helpful, friendly & professional, as I had issues paying via the internet website! (could be my security on my PC,sorry)
This tea has an exceptional taste, delicious ;)
Keep up the great work, many thanks. KW

Just love it so much. 😊

Gorgeous well made teapot. Unique and interesting way of enjoying fresh tea. You won't be disappointed with their products. I purchased the plastic version for ease of travelling. The one thing to be careful of is the plastic will stain. I had tumeric tea and it's slightly discoloured the plastic

The variety of teas I bought was of great quality and of course tasted great hard to choose a favourite. Service and delivery was prompt and efficient no issues at all, cheers.

Taro Latte 100mg packet powdered drink. Lovely balanced flavour however need to use more teaspoons per drink than stated for good taste. Also a little pricey for only 100mg. This is my second order and pricewise, it will probably be my last. They offer no discount codes.

Premium brewing set ordered 19th July 2026. After 3 uses the teapot lid doesn't fully close causing the tea not to steep well. Contacted company who have responded "handmade glass tolerances are not as stable as TRITAN plastic, the design of the lid and latches allows for some leeway to fit the glass body." Waste of money, $127 down the drain

I was skeptical - and did not need to be. The teapot is great and has re-birthed my love for tea leaves and makes it so easy to get the right strength. The mechanism at the bottom only lets tea out when you apply pressure and it has not leaked once. Very impressed! Good quality manufacturing.

Absolutely love this company, great customer service, great communication, beautiful products, fast postage with ongoing updates. Excellent service from an excellent company.

Great products and an excellent range of teas and tea ware

As for me, this site have best collection of iced tea. Which i really going to try them all

All the teas I have bought so far are exceptional. So much better than teas bought in supermarket. Flavourful and easy to use. I have both teapots as well and find making a pot of tea so much easier. Thank you

Lovely flavour. Seamless ordering/delivery. Will definitely re order

easy to order, great delivery times, Fantastic product

Love this unique way to enjoy my tea!

This product is just lovely! The teas are delicious and I love using this unique teapot :). It has reignited my love of tea!

The Taro latte is really tasty

I was on a trip when I ordered these for a week so i expected to be able to pick it up but even with the cyclones they delivered far sooner i expected. They sent an email explaining how theyre delayed and still delivered. The matcha is quality for only ever had cafe which is prob cheapness, i’m only confused about little solidified bits in it when i tried sifting it. doesnt bother me just confused. AND they gave a little freebie green tea that was actually devine. The toasted rice with japanese green tea or something? I waited a bit to drink it on a nice occasion and it delivered. Phenomenal work :> very satisfied
